Right, but a powerful illusion spells that created the tactile sense of the wine, the taste of the wine, the smell of the wine, the look of the wine and the sound of wine as it is being sloshed around. If you covered all those bases, you could do a lot with that kind of spell. And it isn't limited to wine, you could do almost anything with it. Illusions are great, especially against targets that have low Will saves.
