The last button that says "SHH!" allows you to send hidden messages.

I need to know about the deity Solis since I'm a cleric. Alignment and domains?

Yes, I tried that but as far as I could see it just put a box around the text. Will it only allow the person with the username stated to see that box?

It's a little less strait forward than that, though I do not wish to say more at this time. I believe I PMed you the domains before, and alignment need not be stated. In fact I prefer you don't think in terms of alignment as to leave your characters room to grow and change.

Build your character as planned, but know that he wont have access to his clerical powers for the very beginning of the game.

Do you know your character's name yet? Once I get it I can begin to post his thread and that should clear some things up. Like I said, for now you are just a seemingly ordinary warrior serving in the forces of Solis...

And something else: I guess that Akhil can have weapons of masterwork value, since he has even come across magical items. Is this okay? I can extract the extra value from my pocket money...

Ok, so I'm going to implement a (imma say it!) 4e type mechanic where I'll add 10 to your listen/spot/ref/fort etc. and roll against it where appropriate to help move things along... You can obviously still use these skills voluntarily as you normally do. just letting you guys know i guess...

Should we say if we'd like a sense motive check or perhaps you'll roll them without notice at appropriate occasions and add a comment like 'you believe he's lying' to speed up play? I'm asking because a PC's response may depend on whether he believes or not an NPC during a conversation ... Any thoughts?

Those are mechanics I'm using in my game for the same reasons, though I only really use Listen/Sense Motive/Spot. It really does make things easier and give the GM a lot of leg room to work with.

I agree. It should be the DM's responsibility to make secret roles. In the end though, it is obviously up to the DM.
