The halflings of Jaikali came to this world with the Lady of Pain to build and settle Vespar. When the human slaves rose up, they were expelled from the city with the dwarves and gnomes. The halflings would settle in the Bay of Darmoth. When the dwarves of the mountains awoke the dragon Ko'pesk several of their cities were burned to the ground, yet they rebuilt and have been living peacefully ever since.
