The reasoning for it being a problem is a big problem as stated in the errata.

The reasoning for it being a problem it's a big problem as stated in the errata. It can't be a draw when the two character's are mechanically playing by different rules. The non-fixed version of the class feature makes the feature entirely too overpowered, as stated.

This match is over. Consider it a draw or consider it never to have happened. I don't care and I will speak no more about this subject or this thread.

I've asked Cid to make a determination of that rule because the people that wrote the books made a good point about that class feature and how 'excessive' the temporary point gain is. It was a major fix to the class, and from what I've seen from looking through the OOC thread, many people run either character builder or iplay which automatically updates as per the errata. Honestly, with the unfixed version of the Errata, it makes a Battlerager Fighter too powerful for standard encounters.

I'll have to review it and make a determination. I understand both parts of the argument. I do not have the character builder so it is difficult for me to stay constant with the errata, though if something seems to completely overpower the game then a fix is necessary. Give me a little bit of time to think things over.
