A Bag of Holding has enough space and weight limit to hold a person or two and costs 2.5k. a Heward's Handy Haversack costs 2k, holds 140 lbs of stuff, and has an enchantment that makes drawing anything from it a move action since the item you want is always on top. That Heward was an efficient B*stard.

Also, incase it isn't obvious, the bags themselves only weigh a set amount. No matter how much stuff you put into a Bag of Holding Or Haversack, it stays at it's set weight. I Think the BoH is 10 lb. and the Haversack is 5.
