Requesting Permission to run Hybrid Games

I'd like to start running a game on DnDOG that uses an offsite utility, similar to the way one would use something like http://www.playdiplomacy.com/ to keep track of everyone's actions and generate the map. All of the actual roleplay would occur on DnDOG, however, as the offsite utility does not provide any kind of facility for players to communicate with each other.

Players in these hybrid games would be required to create accounts on the offsite utility and submit information to that site on an ongoing basis in order to participate in the game. Links to the offsite utility would be proliferated here in order to provide players with access to the specific game they are playing in.
