Sorry for my tardiness... I checked earlier on in the week, saw no announcement and then work exploded!!

I'll make a start on creating a sheet for Valius tonight. Are we going to need character sheets and stats straight away or will there be a bit of role play to keep us going while they are still under construction?

PS if I disappear without warning it is because our baby is overdue - I was hoping it would have popped out by now....! If and when it does happen I will try and let you know and hopefully it won't slow everything down too much... at worst I'll only be out of action for a couple of days...

Q - how are we calculating HP? Max 1st level and then rolled? Re-roll 1's? Min half HD? Max every level?!?

Max 1st, then roll as normal but re-roll 1's

Sorry another question....

Are we still using traits and flaws?

If so can you point me in the direction of the list you want us to use?

We have used them in our pen and paper group before but I'm not sure where they cames from and whether the DM tinkered with them...

1 trait and 1 flaw are allowed but they MUST be RP'd

And they're under the Unearthed Arcana section in the SRD. Check out the "Feat Variant" tab to find the Traits/Flaws

I have a copy of Unearth Arcana - never used it much though, except for an Urban Ranger I once played...

Traits and flaws...

I can see the murkey-eyed melee-barbar stepping closer ... I one of my games, I delayed the granting the feat until I was convinced the choice of Feat will have some impact ...

Cloud, what about the variants I suggested to pick?

Druidic Avenger: loose Animal Companion & Spont. Spell Casting to gain some Barabrian Traits
Aspect of Nature (Variant of Wild Shape)
Whirling Frenzy . Replacing the Rage gained Druidic Avenger

Sorry for the slow response, gents, my computer died on me. Fell off my dorm bed and suffered hard drive death. Getting it fixed soon though, tonight! Will be able to get everything ready then.
