D&D 3.5 Question

Just a quick question, are their any Feats for 3.5 that add to your ability or ability modifiers?

Not directly. The 3.5 PHB Pg 90-91 is the Feats Table. Many add modifiers, like:
Acrobatic — +2 bonus on Jump and Tumble checks

It an indirect way, it makes your DEX higher for those checks.

I do not see ANY that directly add to Abilities.

BoED has the vow feats. I know vow of poverty has several stat bumps but at a high cost (you can't have any good items if I remember correctly).
