Can't see Attachments

One of the players in my game cannot see attachments. Everyone else can.

Any Ideas?? Is there a known Browser Comparability issue? Setting?

What device are they using? I know that some attachments don't work or don't show up when I use the default browser (safari) on my iOS device (ipad).

Thanks, Vayu...I think we figured it out. She cannot see them at work, but Home is fine. Most likely a business firewall.
