The quiet is shattered as you hear shouting from outside the tent. "What is going on in there?!" comes the cries. Just like that, as if a great weight had been lifted the men around you began to panic. Some started pulling on chains; while others near the edges started tearing at holes in the walls. |

"For the Faith...would you all calm the hell down!? I am done with having to put up with the all the hollering and fighting an sod! Conduct yourselves like people; not caged animals!" Garen shouted at the top of his lungs while trying to stay still from all the tugging until he finished his rant. He tried to keep his cool for the most part about the situation. 'Almost makes me want to die right here and now than deal with all these simpletons...I have nothing to fight for anymore anyways...'

I stay still and quiet still on the ground. Hmm.... Guess everyone got riled up from the shouts outside. Wonder what's going to happen....

Telfair stood, pondering what to do next. Garen made an attempt to calm everyone down, Telfair joined him. (Help +2 to his roll) "We've lost enough of our humanity being gagged and bound in chains, we need not degrade ourselves further by acting like heathens!"

I remain motionless ignoring the chaos that has ensued around me, but completely prepared to take evasive action if the action becomes quite real.

I stood tall realizing that this might be the only time I had to escape, " What are you talking about? I DO DECLARE! Free thy selves, before they wreck thy selves! RUN! FLEE! Whilst you have the time"

The chaos is rising to a fevered pitch, men are pulling at the chains in the ground and some are frantically widening the tears in the tent as widely as they can. The armored soldier fighting the knife wielding brute is having a rough go of it despite his superior armaments. You can catch the sight of other warriors running headlong towards the chaos from the tent flaps out and the between the heads of the men trying their best to escape. If there was a chance to escape it was undoubtedly now.
Telfair and Garen did their best to try to calm the crowd and their words did some good. The slaves immediately around them began to calm and stopped moving so erratically but their words could not reach those not in their immediate vicinity due to the noise the chaos caused. They became the calm of the eye of the storm among the slaves, that is until Tinitamar riled up the crowd again with a shout of certain doom. The frantic bard then proceeded to once again forget about the chain around his neck and ran headlong towards the armored man and the giant, only to be stopped short and sprawled onto his back. His headlong and frankly retarded run was not without gain however as it seems the jerk from his abrupt halt had wrenched his stake out of the mud and he was now free to move as he saw fit... if he wasn't crushed by frantic feet first. 'Oh god...just as we calmed them down!' Garen thought to himself as he watched the few that had gained their senses back, go into a panic once more. Though, with all the moving and shoving, it seemed some had gained movement from the stakes impaled in the ground. Garen tried once more to pull the stake out of the ground and then looked about for some kind of sharp or blunt object to help maybe brake the shackles; last thing he wanted to happen was to be free only to be slowed down by a bunch of idiots.

Hmmm I guess it's time to slip from here. I stand up from the ground abruptly like nothing happened. I then begin to yank on the stake to try and get free.

With a sigh and a shake of his head, Telfair did his best to wriggle out of his chains. Escape Artist:

"Oh dear god my neck!" I yelled as I fell. I glanced up as I rubbed my neck, noticing the fighting men right over me. Hoping to avoid being trampled to death I tried to roll out of the way.

With a grunt the great beast of a man tumbled to the ground, a shortsword embedded deep into his gut. The man who has placed it there had his hands on his knees and was breathing heavily. That is, until a slave who had managed to get himself free from the ground jumped on the armored man's back and began pounding his head with a rock. Just then two men from outside burst in through the tent flap and immediately draw their spears. They don't seem willing to stand aside to let anyone leave.

"Damn it..." Telfair swore under his breath. He wouldn't be able to push his way past them, but maybe one of the larger prisoners would. This place was going wild and they had little to no hope with just two guards... Telfair stepped aside of the swarm of prisoners in hope that he could blend in with them and get out as they trampled the guards that were obstructing their path.

"Blast it all..." Garen said to himself as he watched the only one exit become clogged with two armed men. He saw the giant of a man go down an the soldier that had a hard time with him get ambushed by a crazed man, bludgeoning him with a rock. 'There!' He thought to himself as he thought about taking the man's weapon as he was being beaten; it really wasn't his style to do so but desperate times and all. He tried to stealthily make his way over to the guard so he wouldn't see him, to see if he still had a hold on his sword. If not, he would take it.
