Jefferson Jay Thacker and Mike Chopswil at theGM.org created a database of all the open-content Pathfinder NPCs to appear in supplements. What a great tool for GMs in need of a stat block! They're arranged by CR and you can also search by type.

I think you can also find those at d20pfsrd.com in the NPC section here. It looks like they have some NPCs in common at both places, but some NPCs don't seem to overlap. Also, theGM.org appears to have a bit of a nicer layout for the NPCs, but d20pfsrd.com has links in the PCs for everything from abilities to each skill, feat, or spell, which makes the stat blocks very useful for a DM who may not be familiar with everything in the stat block.

For an example, here is one PC the two databases have in common, the Battle Monk at theGM and d20pfsrd. Both sites, in my opinion, are must have links for DMs, especially when you just need a stat block and had no time to prepare, like when your PCs attack an NPC you hadn't imagined they would. It's so much easier to just grab one that's close and work out specific differences on the fly than to try and make a fair NPC at the drop of a hat.
