Hey, guys! I'm Enthusiast, and I'm super excited to have been invited over here. Master of Monsters says you're running a pretty legendary campaign here, so I'm happy to be on board! I'll take a look through the Game Threads so I can get a handle on things and create a character that fits into the world. Any requirements or recommendations I should know about, as far as character creation is concerned? Any roles that need to be filled? Just let me know. Thanks again for the invite!

Edit: Reading through Game Threads... Might be easier if someone just quickly brings me up to speed with (a) plot developments, (b) current party members and (c) other noteworthy aspects of the campaign (e.g., "You'll be fighting lots of undead," etc.). Then I can create a useful character that fits well with the party/world. Thanks!

That's pretty accurate

Simple story is:

100 years ago, a cleric asked a bunch of folk to help him kill a lich. Only when finally confronted with said lich did they realise that the cleric was also a lich - the first lich's brother, in fact. With her dead, he now had control over the area, and quickly grew in power. It also helped that most of the party were undead by the end of the fight!

Over the next century, they slowly cured their undeathness, and sought to bring down this lich that had betrayed them. And (because it's a PbP game, and characters are often exchanged), the roster has partially changed to others wanting his death...only Arefoor / Bastion, and Elbryan, were part of the group that killed the first lich.

Edit: and hopefully I will get to help slay the second lich, and maybe even a beholder after.(lich lich beholder? Hmm, makes sense to elbryan!)

Hugga, I am pretty sure that if Moth can move into my space I can move into hers, but if i have confused the rules let me know and I will update my post to reflect that. Got lucky on that Memory of a Thousand Lifetimes....hope it was worth it lol.

also - the colds the rest of my household have had for the past 1-2 weeks (which has made me overly exhausted in helping care for them) has made its way to me. i've been out of action for the weekend, and am home from work today, with a head that will not let me think straight. so for the moment, i'm not able to update games. I'll return when I can, and ask for your patience until then!
