The thing isn't meant to be used while still in one big lump. When you pull the string, which is threaded through the wax seal, it breaks the wax up and the pot drops to the ground. The arrows (or bolts) are then launched with telekenesis as a flight. The pot and seal is only there for storage, to keep the poison from rubbing off onto stuff or drying out, and keep everything together in a nice convenient bundle. Arrows and bolts only deal 1d4 each when using TK, still that's 15d4 damage if all of them hit.

Yes poison is normally underwhelming but that's why we use it in an antimagic field and a salvo of poisoned arrows. How many of them are you likely to fail then?

With no magic at all Morgan, who is tough for a wizard, has a +7 fortitude save and Salvo's DC is 15. That means Morgan would fail about 1/3 of his saves and take 5d4 damage to random ability scores. If I went up to Large Scorpion venom (save DC 18 200gp per dose) it might even be worth using on fighter types. Morgan would be failing exactly 50% of his saves and would take about 7d6 strength damage (Hint, he can't take 7d6 strength damage and still operate).

Do Eladrin exist in setting? I can't remember if that specifically has come up before but you've said most outsiders are there.

Yup. Shin of Aria is half Eladrin after all (a Bralani Eladrin specifically), so they're about.

They're widely believed to be related to Elves in some fashion, although no one can agree on how exactly, in a similar manner to no one being able to agree exactly how Precious Dragons are related to humans (given their human forms and ability to mate with humans), although in the latter case Crone is generally thought to have something to do with it, while there isn't a 'God of Elves' amongst the known Ahekan Deities, old or new.

Curve balls? It's just a giant "Look but don't touch" tease.
He's up to his ears in willing beautiful women but if he touches any of them, even if his real/secret girlfriend didn't fold him in half and throw him into the sun, he'd be one of varying flavors of slime-ball.
It's just not fair.

I'm a dude but I don't consider it creepy. Pretty much like writing a book so I can detach my feelings from my character's.
Nevh certainly isn't getting as much flirt material but I'm not surprised. She is foreign, her reputation is quite unlike Wainraith's and, frankly, she's a little scary. Her general attitude is also probably pushing away people physically attracted to her before they even exchange words. I'm also not having her being particularly flirty or seeking affection, so that doesn't help.
