You enjoy your jelly doughnut, though its pretty unhealthy to start your breakfast with a jelly doughnut instead of, say, cereal or bread.

I was not sure about the specifics for any other Christian sub group so I did not want to assume.

I barely eat breakfast, I tend to eat better later in the day, and if I want healthy I could eat trail rations.
