yes Lt that would be nice except you forget, your character has literally forgotten that above you in an entire country of necromancers and above that is an entire country of cleric holy knight and paladins

Hey it's still 400 miles of virtually every living thing in the area becoming undead. Do that a few more times and it can easily cover a country. Even with a few dozen Cleric/Paladins/High Level Characters still around, the mass of the population would still be turned and the nation would crumble.

Actually it would probably get the majority of the Holy Empire except the higher level characters, which can be turned with multiple castings after that. The average Humanoid/Small Animal has 1 HD or less, meaning the first casting would turn them by dropping them to 0HD, making them Wights. Assuming that the majority of the population just became wights, the remnents just lost a level and are surrounded by Wights that are CR3s. So we presume that you would need to be at least LV7 to have a chance to survive, but even then most characters at that level will eventually run out of spells and turning attempts. unable to heal themselves they will eventually be overrun. And even if all the wights are killed, the population majority just died as well.

No, it wouldn't because you are 150 miles from the continent and there are 200 miles from the coast to the border of the Red Council and some miles beyond that (i can tell you with out even consulting the map that it is more then 50) is the Holy Empire
