Karakat (MV=5), Orion (MV=7) and Khaz (MV=6) each have another round of movement they can make (currently at X7, Y7 and Y8 respectively), Caanan (MV=5) has two rounds of movement he can make (still in AD13 where I originally placed him), Naeve is at S7, with Valanae just below her at S8. Based on his post in the game thread I've moved Percival (MV=6) to U6 just below the middle gravestone, although he still has 2 squares of movement left if he prefers to be further west.

Not exactly - if you read the post where I posted the map, I gave everyone two rounds of movement to arrange themselves at, or near, the bend in the road. Yes, we all know an encounter is coming or I wouldn't have a map, but I extended the map so I could let you arrange yourselves, so try to act surprised.

OK, since I know Naeve had no intention of being in front and Valanae is standing next to her, I'll shift them east, and move Karakat in front - effectively separating him from his squabble with Caanan as there are now party members standing between them.

As far as I can tell from posts so far, Percival's sword is sheathed, Khaz is wielding his sword, Valanae has his bow at the ready, Naeve is holding her orb, Caanan's scimitars are on his back where he can grab them easily, and I'll assume Karakat is wielding his sickle since that's what's indicated on his sheet and he hasn't said anything to the contrary.

I was asked at one point if I use any of the errata in this game and didn't realize until now that conversation took place in PM so no one else saw my answer. For the record, I use all the applicable errata. However, it is the nature of such things that I will sometimes miss something and I'd appreciate having that brought to my attention if it happens.

It says that rolls have been deleted from my post because I edited the post to add Orion's initiative. Should I delete my post and repost, or what?

I had already recorded your roll so it's fine - normally if you need to add a roll just do a separate post. All you need do is post an initiative roll for Orion.

Scratch that - it shows me the deleted rolls, including the original roll for Orion - I'll just use those. Also, never delete an entire post that contained rolls - if the rolls weren't necessary I'll ignore them, but if you delete a post with rolls and then repost the same rolls I'll take the first set and ignore the rerolls.
