This seems to be taking a little while...hmm. I'm not sure trying to post in strict initiative order is going to make for a quick game. Ianae what are your thoughts?

It won't. I've been in a few games that tried that and I tried it for my first encounter in the game I DM.. it works for about, an afternoon. Then someone doesn't have time to post, or forgets to post, or just doesn't quite feel like it.. you do the math.

I suspect that's what will end up happening, but I wanted to give it a try. However, my first priority right now is getting my connection stabilized. The "upgrades" are supposed to be done in my area, but I'm still having outages - I was up half the night last night waiting for the connection to come back.

Everyone go ahead and post your moves - I can gather them all at once when the connection is up and compose the results offline if it doesn't stay up. If anything happens as I process them in initiative order that might change anything I'll shoot off a PM to the individual.

That's fine, how do you think I got that format?.. lol I stole it from someone in one of my early games and have been modifying it slightly ever since. I can't even keep track anymore, I have 5 ongoing games, each of which has a slightly different version of the statblock.

Wow... these creatures (Kobolds we assume) are copping it big time... with some nice area effects. It's funny - I hope we didn't just stumble upon otherwise friendly beings having a nice picnic by the road...

My ISP insists the last FOUR outages last week had nothing to do with the upgrades, but they also can't (or won't) tell me what did cause them, so I'm just going to cross my fingers. I haven't been on over the weekend with family stuff going on, but the techie I just talked to insists there haven't been any outages in my area since the day before Thanksgiving. I'm going to catch up on the backlogged email today and I'll get a game post up by Tuesday afternoon.

No problems Ianae. Thanks for the update. Once everythig is sorted out, are you still hoping to post daily? If you don't see that happening let me know and I might look to take on an additional game - so as to get my daily DnD fix

lol fox, I keep anywhere from 4-7 games going on at once.. and very rarely do I ever find them all active at the same time.

I'm sorry I disappeared on everyone like that - my mother was in a bad car accident and I left without a computer thinking I would be able to use hers. Unfortunately, her computer won't go online and I was too busy to figure out what was wrong with it. I got home two days ago, but I'm still catching up on everything here. Give me another day or two to pull my life back into order and I'll post the move.
