Archaius Goldmoon
Human HP: 60 / 60 AC: 19 (Touch 13 / Flatfooted 17) Damage Reduction: 5 / cold iron
*figured this might be worth noting
Cliffnotes: Frontline melee tank with ranged casting capabilities and minor healing support
Name: Archaius Goldmoon
Race: Human
Class: Fighter 1 / Warlock 8 (I know, I know, not exactly the plain-Jane you're asking for, but bare with me, it works and it's straightforward, it just gives more flexibility)
Party Role: Frontline Melee / Field Support
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Why your character thinks Aeron sucks: "The coward! He claims to have the power of a god and yet he runs from us... I HATE running! Do you have any idea how much this sword weighs?! When I get my hands on him I'll show him what true supernatural power feels like... when it burns his body to ashes!" Having been part of an order of scholars that protected the knowledge and technology of ancient times, nothing fuels Archaius' rage more then to see it all perish in a single act by one devious mind. Everything he stood for, everything he lived for, and everything there was still to come, was gone. The only thing left on his mind was revenge and to start writing history again, with the first chapter recorded being Aeron's demise. With all the knowledge he had aquired while working at the archives, he knew that humanity didn't have the brightest of pasts, and that oftentime, society seemed to eat itself up. This was an opportunity for him to record a moment in time where humanity (or what was left of it) banded together in order to rid the world of the one threat that nearly consumed them all. A single act of glory and redemption where humanity would prevail in saving itself, rather than destroying itself from within. That is why Archaius wants to get his hands on Aeron. THAT is why he WILL get his hands on Aeron!
Your characters favorite joke: So this halfling fortune teller escaped from his prison cell. When the guards put up posters about it, they read:
WARNING! Small Medium at Large
Special Item:
Runic Sword of the Guardian
A +1 Vicious Flaming Large Greatsword, designed with a slimmer but longer blade, decorated by magical runes that emit faint blue flames when its Flaming power is active. The sword was found in the hands of a large construct guarding a door. The idea of the sword was to bestow as much destructive power as possible in a "last stand" to prevent a group of individuals from passing by. Although the weapon slowly saps the power of its wielder over the course of the battle, Archaius believed that if his own world was being reduced to nothing, it would only be a matter of time before he would suffer the same fate. He took the sword, knowing full well that it would slowly eat away at him, but it would give him the strength he required to face Aeron in one last clash.
The runes also confer a bonus to those with supernatural abilities, acting as a point of focus for their powers. The sword can be used to channel Eldritch Blast through, granting an additional +2 to hit when used in this matter. Further more, 50 golden runes decorate the pommel. When called upon, these runes can be used to further increase the damaging potential of an Eldritch Blast.
Sophia Sinclair

Name: Sophia Sinclair
Race: Half-elf

Party Role: Walking med-kit and den mother.
Alignment: Lawful Nice
Why your character thinks Aeron sucks: She stared at the garden for a long time, at the dead and dying flowers, root vegetables and fruit trees. The Father stood beside her and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder, which she uncharacteristic shook off. "Saddle a horse." She bade him. Within the hour she would leave, and even then she knew she would never return to the orphanage.
Your characters favorite joke: A pet shop was having a sale on Dachshund Hound puppies. On the sign it said: Get a long little doggy.
Evelyn Natrium
Human HP: 40 AC: __ (Touch __; Flat-Footed __) Cliff's Notes: Fourteen-year-old Master of Names with a penchant for knowing almost everything.
Name: Evelyn Natrium ("Evie" for short), "Natrium's not my real name..." Race: Human Class: Truenamer 2.0 Alignment: Lawful Good Party Role: "The brains of the outfit" (also, on occasion, she blows stuff up by talking at it.) Age:14Fourteen and a half
Why she hates Aeron so much: Why wouldn't she? He was stealing the life of the world; isn't that reason enough? But then when they were about to finally have done with him, instead of dying like a gentleman, he ran away like a coward, into a world that she didn't know or understand. And looking around, it dawned on her that she wasn't even sure if her magic would work the same here... Yes. Yes, she hates him. With the kind of fiery passion that one only finds in perfectionists.
Evelyn was enlisted by the High Wizard of Janke, who at the time was calling himself Bertram - he had changed his name numerous times before, and would do so again and again thereafter - to learn the secret names of the world. She had been taken into his care at a young age, in part because of the death of her parents, and also in part because Bertram at the time was convinced that a language learned early would be learned quickly. To Evelyn's credit, she proved him right. Her first words were words of power, and before she could walk she was ordering stones to fly and fish to walk on land.
It was when Bertram taught her Common that she became a real pain in the patootie. She was disappointed by the limitations of Common speech, and set out to learn everything there was to know about Common - and when she had learned everything about grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax, she moved on to other languages as well; so that by the time she was old enough for school, she could speak in nine different languages and fourteen distinct dialects of Elvish.
Wisely, Bertram decided not to enroll Evelyn in any conventional school, and instead he placed her under the tutelage of his Enlightened Stone, Martin. Martin was an animated rock that hovered about quite like an ioun, but rather than orbit people's heads he flew about on his own. It was Martin who taught Evelyn physics and logic and mathematics and chemistry. Martin was also the one who started calling her Evie, and because she quite liked Martin - having no boys in Bertram's tower, she had very little concept of what boys were supposed to be like - because she quite liked him, she thereafter insisted on being called Evie.
It was also Martin who first told Evie of the evil machine that Aeron had built, and the kinds of things it might do to the world. Bertram was already in the process of enlisting the aide of a group of heroes, but when she found out about the machine, Evie went to Bertram in his study and insisted that she be part of the operation.
"You're too young," said Bertram. And this might have been true for any other girl, for Evie was only thirteen years old and that was far too young to be saving the world.
But Evie held out her hand, and said, "Look." And Bertram looked, and he could not deny her request any longer; for in the palm of her hand, drained empty by Aeron's evil machine, was Martin.
The heroes did not welcome Evie at first; they thought, as Bertram had said, that she was too young for adventuring. But she wouldn't be left behind; and as the group's journey progressed, they realized that her talent and intelligence was not something they could easily do without.
What's her favorite joke?
Q: How many mice does it take to screw in a light bulb? A: Two, as a rule. But light bulbs are so very small... I doubt they would enjoy it much.
Fancy Item: A Pointy Shooty Stick.
The Pointy Shooty Stick is a magic wand that seems to never run out of "juice". Its primary function is an electrical shock, usable at a distance, that might prove useful for fending off overambitious men, though it isn't powerful enough to find much use amidst the rest of Evie's considerable arsenal.
The Pointy Shooty Stick has other uses as well, I'm sure; but Evie has had neither the time nor the inclination to find out what they are.

Custom Magic System: Mana - Spell Points That Don't Look Like Psionics(Balanced for Pathfinder)
Name: Hilde Deichtine Race: Grey Elf Class: Druid 4/Wizard 3/Arcane Heirophant 2 Party Role: A Druid with Wizard spells. Very spellcasting oriented. Animal companion with familiar bonuses means it’s eligible for a plethora of new buff spells to make it a reliable front line fighter. One of those solemn, serious types. Alignment: Neutral Good
Why your character thinks Aeron sucks: He single handedly destroyed the world’s eternal cycle of renewal, greedily taking everything for himself and watching nonchalantly as everything else around him dies. Crimes against humanity are unforgivable enough on their own, but when someone turns against the very soil that fed and nurtured him all his life? Simply put, the man is an abomination to everything that Hilde stands for. The matter also gets rather personal since he killed her entire Druidic Circle while she was away training into the arcane arts, her attempt at obtaining a deeper understanding of the world she was sworn to protect. She naturally blames her absence as the cause of their deaths, as well as what that despicable interloper did to just about everything else that ever lived.
Your characters favorite joke: A bear approaches a sage. The bear says "I would like…………………………………………………………… a fish."
To which the sage replies: "Why the long PAWS?"
