As far as I can tell from what Reggae has told us, we get our one piece of preferred equipment and he'll approve other equipment on a case-by-case basis. I'd imagine he's got something cooked up for wealth, since the only true wealth is in the hands of the corporations. Starting HP is maximum + Con since we're first level.
