Haar smiles and looks at you like you are young and naive. Silver dust? Why of course we have silver dust. We use a lot of it for purification rituals and protecting this place. You might have noticed the small divot in the threshold of this place that is filled with the stuff. We'll certainly be able to provide that for you.
__________________Haar continues as Perditazu stands by, peacefully. As for the customs of the land, respect the bodies that are already buried there, as long as they are dead, you should not touch them. The cemetary is quite full but you can place the bodies by the entrance to the crypt and conduct any ritual you may on them. We prefer that you don't bury them or dispose of the bodies. Our cemetary staff from within the crypt will take care of that. Perditazu asks again, Since you will need an escourt to ensure your safety and the sanctity of these corpses, do you have a request as to the nature of your escourt? |

I take a moment and think a bit... "Well, the group I was investigating with previously was well suited for travel. I would imagine those with combat experience and the fortitude to deal with the undead beings I've encountered thus far would be all that is needed..." The memory of being nearly split in two kicks back in my mind... "... although there is one in particular to be mindful of..."

Haar and Perditazu look at each other and shrug. Perditazu looks to you and says, So basically someone who can hold their own. Would you like something like two front liners, yourself and either a caster or a ranged fighter? Or would you rather one front liner, a mixed, yourself and a caster/ranged?

"Well Haar seems to be plotting away already." I release a light hearted laugh in light of recent of events. "I would definitely need at least one strong arm on the front lines with me, and someone versed well in the mage arts is always a welcomed companion..." Thinking a loud i continue to run through scenarios... "And a ranger type could be useful in keeping tabs on our surroundings and keeping ranged targets in check..." I catch myself rambling... "But that's to say we are fortunate to encounter any trouble along the way."

Perditazu looks at Haar and nods. That will be sufficient. You seem to want a party of 5, which may be wise considering the vast dangers about. He stands and allows Haar to finish the interaction. He looks away for an instant and you hear some footsteps approaching from behind you, although they do not sound heavy.
__________________Haar smiles, Why that's great. If you return here in the morning, we'll make sure everyone is gathered and ready to accompany you on your task. Be warned that they will be bought with coin, so don't expect them to be invested in your cause. He pauses. For that matter, would you rather myself or Perditazu accompany you as the caster, just to ensure that your mercenaries do not desert you and come back with a different story? |

I look the two over briefly before comically stating, "Why not both?" I laugh lightly... "I'm horribly indecisive, to be quite honest... Though out of shear curiosity my thirst for knowledge would gear me towards Perditazu, though I'm sure you could equally fill my cup, Haar." I fish out a coin from my pocket... "When in doubt, lady luck calls the shots... so if i must choose, the coin shall guide me." I flip the coin about skillfully awaiting further pruning. 'I could definitely use the both of them... but I'm too curious about the followers of Baphomet being here...' I stare off a bit while I think to myself and eye about the church goers.

You see a minotaur appear behind you and come up next to Perditazu. He whispers in the minotaur's ear and it rushes off out of the chruch without acknowleding you at all. The minotaur is also dressed in dark robes but is smaller than Perditazu. It doesn't stick around long enough for you even to tell if it is male or female. Come to think of it, you haven't seen any female minotaurs. Your curiosity may be peaked as to if they exist.

I watch as the other minotaur minotaur disappears as quickly as it appeared. 'Well lady luck... I think i've got this round...' I take a breath before speaking with Perditazu. "Nothing. If you wouldn't mind, Perditazu, perhaps you could assist with the burial trip. I'm curious to hear more about your people." 'And what exactly is going on around here we've yet to discuss.' Looking towards Haar I take another quick look around... "So Haar, I have a feeling you've already got your mind on a group to call upon. Any particulars?"

Haar smiles myschieviously. I won't speak before they have agreed to offer their services, but I hope that you will be happy with them. Maybe sometime later we can catch up on your side of Pelor and we can teach each other something.
__________________Perditazu nods solemnly. I will take leave from my services here and accompany you. You have knowledge of our customs already and I am eager to tell you more. I am deeply honored by your curiosity and willingness to attempt to understand the plight of the minotaur. He looks around the church. But for now, you must allow me to take my leave and set up the church so that I can be away tomorrow. I hope that you understand. |

"Of course. I myself need could use a rest..." My nose wiggles slightly as I take a whiff of myself. "...and a bath. Till the morning then? I think i'm going to go get cleaned up and go so old Pole for a while." I bow in respect. "Is there anything I need to do before heading off?"

Haar and Perditazu shake their heads in affirmation. Haar adds, There is nothing. We will take care of that holy water and the silver that you requested.
__________________Haar smiles and bids you farewell, May Pelor be with your evening. Remember that sundown is only a couple of hours away. I personally can stay with Abel Pole for many an hour. Perditazu bows his head to you. I will see you tomorrow morning. Let us meet at sunrise in this spot. He turns around slowly and begins walking towards the eastern arm of the church. |

I bow politely and prepare to take to my leave. "Very well, we'll see everyone in the morn." I bow out and head to the market to find Abel.

As you walk out into the square, you notice that the sun is beginning to set, just as Haar suggested. The normal crowd of people is still quite thick, but you notice that it's just beginning to thin as, you assume, people are going inside for the night.
__________________You see the thin, tall Abel Pole standing there looking at you and smiling. He notices you approach and holds his hand out and cries, Why Raph, it is very nice to see you. Why don't you stay a while and listen? As he holds out his hand into the air, he slowly closes it and you see the magical darkness and silence begin to wrap around you, giving the Pole and yourself more privacy. |

I've grown quite comfortable with Abel's shrouding magic. "How are you, Abel?" I take a seat and get comfortable as the darkness envelopes us. "As I'm sure you've seen through some means, the party I was with was ambushed outside of town. While I'm curious as to why the orcs were there, can you tell me anything of the girls illness? The three of them were in the woods, but were slain by the orcs before I could make any sense on the matter." 'Maybe the orcs were looking for the girl...' I run different scenarios through my head while I wait out Abel's words.
