Trasik: Victory! Just one quick hotwire, and the door will open for you(or whomever else feels the need to short-circuit the card reader). |

Out of his peripheral vision, Franz tries to read Trasik’s body language as he works on the door. He isn’t sure, but it looks like Trasik is really close to succeeding.
Running his fingers over his chest and forearms, Franz still is not sure what to think of this body. |

Vlad looks over the readout and shakes his head. "If the conveyer belt is indeed pushing something against the door, it is jammed now and will need to be removed." He taps out instructions to the console looking for a map layout of the conveyer system, specifically a surface shaft into the machine.

Outside the room is a nice little hallway, running perpendicular to the doorway. There's a 'window' on the far wall(not actually a window, just a monitor hooked up to outside cameras) showing the stars outside. Doesn't look like you can see Prosperity from this angle, it's probably on the other side of the ship. There's a slight bit of a crack on the corner of the monitor, presumably from something hitting it. An external air duct has broken, leaving a bent and fallen piece of squarish pipe landed on the ground, presumably this was the cause of the noise heard earlier. The hall is properly lit from what you can see through the doorway, and it doesn't seem like anyone is out there, as far as you can tell. Last edited by Fragmaster01; 03-06-2011 at 12:58 PM. |

Trasik walks out into the hallway and looks around, then starts tapping away at the keyboard next to the monitor, seeing if he can get any other viewpoints.

Trasik: The hallway extends for about 30 feet to your left, and 50 to your right, ending at a sturdy sliding door on each. There's 1 more door on your left before the end of the hall, and 3 more on your right.
__________________Left Door > Engineer's Office, currently Margaret Ergot Right Door 1 > Frame Storage 2. This door looks slightly bent inwards. Right Door 2 > Engine Access Right Door 3 > Break Room There's various signs of struggle throughout the hallways. Spent cartridges, dents in the walls, bits of blood and gore shimmering just wrong in the pale fluorescent lighting. Someone had quite a party while you were napping. The view monitor has 3 settings: On, Off, and Static. Static is pretty, but rather meaningless. |

Trasik leaves the screen on. There doesn't seem to be any reason to turn it off, and it is currently their only indication of anything outside. He then heads to the left door, the Engineer's office, and attempts to open it.

Trasik: The door appears to have a good sized hole where the latch would normally go, made forcefully by some method. A bit of force can slide the door open, as it's incapable of properly closing itself.
__________________Inside is a small room, about 10x5, most of it occupied by a small desk. There's a monitor lying sideways on the desk, having taking a beating from some blunt instrument. Various papers are scattered all over the floor. Last edited by Fragmaster01; 03-16-2011 at 03:24 PM. |

Trasik attempts to get the recorder working, and also looks to see if any of the papers have anything worthwhile on them.

”What?! Is this real?” Franz asks, stepping into the corridor and seeing the carnage. As an EMT he’d witnessed some fairly grisly scenes, but this was beyond his comprehension. He touches the dents in the wall, trying to imagine what could have done this. He thinks of of his family with a stab of panic then deflects such thoughts from his mind.
”I think we should stay together. Even though splitting up would make searching for others quicker, staying together will probably be safer. Where should we go? The bridge?” |

Franz: Blunt implements of some sort. Nothing too big, maybe like a wrench, or a pipe, something about 1-2 inches across.
__________________Trasik: The papers seem to be general manifests, crew listings, that sort of thing. The recorder manages to start up easily enough. A woman's voice, British accented: "Okay, I know there have been complaints, but who's bright idea was it to let the security robots loose? The last reports we received were about someone hacking into the cargo bays, putting electronic weapons on the lookout is just asking for trouble. Look, Mike, I don't care how you wanna file the paperwork on it, but get those things back in storage before someone decides to make things worse than they already are." The recording seems to have been sent to a Michael Kernov, Security Officer. Last edited by Fragmaster01; 03-17-2011 at 10:51 PM. |

Trasik, having listened to the recordings, combs through the papers for mention of his name or those of the people he woke up with, or listings of any of the frames in the manifests.
