Excited to start adventuring with all of you! My sheet will be complete later today.
@DM: I originally put my height at 3 meters, imaging a giant-sized character. Now I'm realizing that may be a tad too tall. Should I reduce the height and use a medium template, or can I acquire a 'large' template? (If so, I could give up, say, a feat. More, perhaps?) I'm pretty gigantic. My strength's 22. |

Familiar: I thought about making the firbolg template large--or keeping it large, as it is in my pen and paper games--I only worried that with such a huge party the 10ft reach and such will make managing combat maps a little trickier.
__________________The Bramblewood is cramped and tight in places. Just realize that if you "Super-Size" your character, there may be a few spots you simply can't fit! I won't cut you out of whole chapters or anything, but it will likely, at the very least, make it hard for you to do combat in certain spots. Having said that, I suppose, I shall leave the decision up to you! Since we're beginning at level one, and since a large size does pose more of an advantage than a disadvantage for a tough, melee based character, please do take "Large Size" as your first level feat if you choose this route. |

Looks good except for a couple of minor anomalies.
__________________1. You have 5 ranks in Survival and Listen, when the maxiumum ranks allowed for a first level character in a class skill is 4. Perhaps consider moving a couple points to spot (I'm just saying). 2. Be sure to record the special abilities granted by your race (i.e. select a "glamour" and apply skill bonuses by recording them in the "Misc Modifier" column). If you're confused, click here to read about Faerie-Blooded Humans. 3. Record the weight of non-combat items. |

I don't mind being a medium-sized character. I'll reduce my height to eight feet, and perhaps alter the description slightly.

I'm wondering if instead of signing, my bard's abilities could come through comedy, i.e. silly dancing, telling jokes, etc?

Your bards perform skill can absolutely be anything. Thats whats fun about bards. As long as its some performance. ive seen an bard knife thrower, who had a sombrero with throwing knives hanging like wind charms he would use to play music on. very interesting. shoulda seen him use whirlwind attack.

Your perform can be anything you want it to be, really. It's up to the DM to determine how what you are doing effects everything else. All of your bardic abilities are based off of your perform, so however you perform is how you use those same abilities. (They tend to use generics in text type because it doesn't look professional to have (perform skill) like three or four times a paragraph.
