Yep, you are staggered and stunned. It is high, but that's because a) He's not that accurate most of the time and b) it's the last fight of the adventure. Perhaps I'm being too meta, but it's not a climactic battle unless someone takes a beating.

Pinned characters aren't helpless. They merely can't move and have a -4 penalty to defense and lose their dodge bonus. So they're only mostly helpless.

Breaking the pin doesn't end the grapple, so you can immediately try to reestablish the pin, if you so wish. And yes, I did remember Improved Pin.

ok. i had already rolled, so just use the grapple check in that roll. Did i do something to the dice roller to make it hate me so much BTW?

Bring it to a close. Kaitlyn is just kinda hanging around. She will go home quietly, then pass out in her bed for a couple days and hope its all over.

I don't think i will. I still got the EXP but i'm going to save it. I think i will Raise the Max Toughness to 2, lower Max Defense by 2, Raise Max Damage by 2, Lower Max Attack by 2 though. Thats how it works right?

Yep, that's an acceptable exchange. It's up to the DM how much of an exchange you can make, but a +2/-2 one is pretty good. Most of the pre-made heroes have at least that much of an exchange, as a matter of fact.

Just went and saw Captain America tonight. All I can say is...it's better then Transformers 2

Just kidding. I enjoyed it a lot more then I thought I would. Chris Evens isn't half bad and the teaser for The Avengers at the end makes me excited to see that too.
