If I have Transform (rank 8, inanimate only), and assuming I am wearing enough mass, can I transform it into light but strong body armor? If so, how much defense would it give? If not could I make the ability a 'power' based on Device?

Moridain, you could technically transform your clothing into a tougher material possibly allowing you to take the protection power with the flawthat it is only in effect when you have transformed your clothing. As for the toughness bonus that it gives you, that is up to you, after all the material that you transform your clothing into doesn't actually have to exist, this is a comic book style game after all ;P

Cool. I am gonna give it the Limited (Physical Only) and Powerloss (Must be cast) flaws then. Not grabbing a ton of it. I figure about +6 would be about right, with Impervious 3. Enough to stop a small caliber bullet but not enough to stop anything meta.

Should have the sheet done soon then. ^^

Why use me as a projectile when you can just ask nicely and have me turn a mass of air in front of you into a pile of giant balls of lead for you to toss? Or perhaps a giant 9ft long javalin?

Or, once she has learned a bit more about her gifts and can turn things into multiple substances, into a cruise missile?

Wow. The way I build characters is that I give it what I THINK it should have, and then cut down from its inevitably far too high PP count till it gets beneath.

For the very first time I actually ended up spending TOO LITTLE.

Time to pump some things up I think.

G'Day fellow heroes ! I am stoked to be gaming with you all and am looking forward to hopefully being entertaining as well as being entertained ! My man has a limited danger sense and super speed so will be the guy dancing around thugs and knocking the wind from their sails.
