All races allowed.

Class Level 1.

• Will allow up to 2 Hit Dice and LA buyback is acceptable.

Any class with starting Armor Proficiency Medium or lower.

• Magic will be present and somewhat common, many technologies incorporate some sort of magic into their workings.
