The World's Largest Dungeon 3.5
Other than that book what is a good low level campaign book I could buy for about $20-$30 or is that price too low to expect to find a descent champaign book? |

$30 dollars for a megadungeon is pretty cheap. Pre-orders for the Slumbering Tsar adventure is $125, and that's only paying for the pdfs and the shipping, the physical book is free to those who pre-order.
If you're just wanting a campaign and not specifically a megadungeon, you may look into the various aps (adventure paths) that have been published by Paizo and are being published by others. Most of them are designed for Pathfinder, but there are a couple made for 3.5. They'd let you start running with a significantly smaller investment, but in the end would still likely come out to more than $30. |

There's always Stonehell Dungeon, although it's OD&D and would require a little effort to make it work for 3.5e.

Find a local gaming store that is going out of business. It is a sad event, but a 50% discount is a good way to console yourself.

Sadly I just found out last week that the only game store left in my city went under.

Oh no. Sorry, I was not being serious about my post earlier. I sincerely apologize for any bad vibes my joke sent your way.

Well, I did score a lot of loot from a couple of Borders stores before they went out of business.
__________________They had a lot of good stuff at the beginning but I had to wait until they got to 50% off before their prices were 5-10% below Amazon.com so there wasn't much left... Always boggled my mind that people were buying stuff "on sale" at 30-40% off at Borders but still paying more than what they would have paid at Amazon. |

I'd do an E-bay search... I played this and we got to about level 12... it's a huge dungeon, and very tough. Lots of fun though!

There is always spending $10 a month on Monte Cooks Dungeon a Day. It has 20+ levels of dungeons and if that doesn't satiate your need for a dungeon there is always Ptolus in which you could either convert to 3.5 or maybe 4.0. Expedition to Undermountain contains a great exploration of a dungeon within a mountain.
