It seems there will be two spots open, Sabre 2 is awol, and Saber 9 is currently an NPC handed to me by a departing player. I'll fill the saber 2 spot first. I'd like to keep Mishkal as the character for Saber 9 for the time being. He brings a little color and flavor to the group, if another player wants to take over control that is fine, or bring in a new character all together. The party still lacks a solid Medic or Underworld contact. But whatever comes along is fine.

Hey guys, I have a small request to make. There are several of us who are second shift workers, and can not post multiple times at a shot. We're kind of getting left out of the scenario. Could you please kind of slow down on the overall posting? Just to give those of us who can't post at certain times of the day a chance of keeping up.

I'm trying to keep the pace of the action steady. If it does heat up for one person, I usually put them on hold while others catch up. A lot of this campaign is going to be based around story rather than combat encounters(believe me there will still be plenty of action) if Sabre Squad jumps a Squad of Ties, there is no doubt in my mind that the Sabres will come out on top. So rather than actually running the combat, I will let each player post what they are doing, who they are pairing up with (usually should be wingman) etc. Then I'll make a long post to story out the combat. In situations where success is not as easily guaranteed, there will be a mix of story and dice rolling.

It varies from day to day. Post whenever you can, the DM is pretty cool about letting everyone get involved.

BTW: Its Veni, Vidi, Vici. I had to learn Latin, so its my right to correct others' grammar.

I've so far noticed that the majority of the postings are made while I am at sleep, that is at night local time (Europe/copenhagen).

On another matter, it would be nice for me as a dndog noob to be able to see the postings from the other flights, can they somehow be made public.

I thought it a novel idea to have people only able to "hear" their flight channel and the main channel. Who else wants to see the threads opened up? If the response favors opening them, it will be done. Remember, I am here to make the game fun for you.

I like only being able to hear your flight/main chanels. It gives you a sense of reality.

When there's action I think it's a great idea to only be able to see your own flight's communications, it adds realism and also focuses the communications.

I was only interested in seeing the other channels for inspirational purposes, after the action was over.

I may make them public, simply because it makes my job easier, I have to keep looking from one thread to the next and posting the same thing, multiple times to describe the action to the group.
