The door opens once more. What enters, causes you to double-take. A tall burly looking creature lopes in - not exactly human, but not too far removed. A half-breed of some sort, and the gender? your not quite sure. Agatha's appearence is youthful, but weathered. The creature wears pants and a vest made from animal hide and dangling from a cord around it's neck is a medalian of some kind. Strapped to its back is an old sack and a very large sword. The creature, seemingly a little surprised by the contents of the room, moves to stand close to the wall, just north of the table on the eastern side. Arms folded, Agatha observes. You can't help think that the room smells a little.....different.

Iuriur glares, disgusted at the obviously "uncivilized" creature who just entered the room. Of course, that thought is a little odd coming from a drow who tortures people frequently and will kill innocent bystanders without a thought. Of course, that might not happen any more...
"Oh? See something you don't like?", Iuriur says scornfully to the tall, muscular human who just walked in. Iuriur gazes at him long after she finishes speaking, glancing scornfully. |

Did I get the doorknob off with that last try?

Not put off by the lack of response to his question, Vlad walks over to the halfling attempting to take off the doorknob and watches quizzically for a while. What, may I ask, is the point of that?

Tsunami just watches the others from a distance. Why am I here? She takes a sip of her drink and just keeps silently watching.

Kornin looks up at the new person and says "I've never seen anything like it, so I would like to play with this shiny ball, but it is stuck."

I blurt out to Iuriur " vile abomination your kind should be groping in long lost caves where you belong." I spit on him and give him a threatening glare

Vlad smiles faintly at the man's comment. I will always be in support of playing with things. Maybe I can handle this. He closes the door and kicks the stem of the knob as hard as he can, trying to dislodge it.

At this moment a young man walks into the room, quickly moving to the far edge of the room. In one hand he holds a javelin, and in the other he holds a wooden tower shield. He also carries a dagger and a short sword which remain sheated around his waist. He is wearing a simple set of chainmain, with a blue overshirt, which matches into teh blue motifs pained onto the shield.
He quickly moves over to the corner while attempting to avoid the goblin and the large thing which he can't quite work out. he thinks to himself what have I got myself into, no good can with this bunch of barbarians |

Just as the tension is rising, the northwest door opens, and Sam walks into the room. With a quick glance around, he seems to take in all that is happening, who is there (and who is missing), and, satisfied that enough people are here, he walks across to the closest chair...in which Iuriur sits.
__________________"The matter of whether you are an abomination or not aside, what you are is in my chair. And that, moreso than the possible problem of your race or your heritige, you can fix. So, kindly do it...now." His voice has a certain power and force to it that does not equate to anger or malice, but definitely demands attention. Not waiting to watch Iuriur move out of his chair, he turns to speak to the entire gathered group. "Greetings, everyone. We are but missing two of our companions now, and so I think it would be a good time to start." Looking across to the shaken wizard, he continues "I see you have found one of the defences to our safe room. I would not recommend anyone trying to get in there without permission. Do we have a cleric here who could help our friend out? "Anyway, on with the important stuff. You are all here to help with the...ah...'fixing' of Sah'Krats problems, and for that, we Sah'Kratians thank you. Naturally, we will also be rewarding you financially, too. But, the first point of call is to elect a leader from yourselves. I don't care how you do that, or who it is, as long as at least ten of you agree on it. Oh, and if you can decide really quickly, there will be a reward for you..the longer you take, the less of a reward. So, who shall it be?" With this, Sam sits down casually into his chair, which hopefully Iuriur has now vacated. |
