Oh my.
__________________Abel stops in his tracks and pulls out his dagger. In a firghtened hurry he puts the blade to work on the ropes which bind Jasper. "Jasper I don't think these are the people we were looking for." OoC: It's ok, I like the pace. Just gona try to release Jasper as quickly as possible. If I get the ropes I'll help him out of the canvas and tell him to stay on the ground but stay ready... If they start shooting at me I'll get myself and Jasper on the camels and run back towards the well. If they start to close in I'll try to talk to them, unless they have weapons drawn and look mean. In that case I'll tell Jasper to get up and roll his init. "Uhh... HELLO! I can't tell you how thankful I am to find someone out here." Abel waves at the men coming, and holds a big smile. they do have weapons but not withdrawn. they are walking to get closer, the way the move leaves clear that they feel safe. but the way they talk doesnt seem the must friendly of all.

they are 4 of them but whatever noise you or them would do would be clearly heard in the camp wich is just some distance from there.
__________________jasper would fall heavilly into the ground when abel releases the ropes. and not stand until he is told to. the men would realise that Abel is casting and take one of two steps back as precaution. still they would not yet withdraw their weapons. from below abel the ground would shake softly as soion as he finish casting, the ground would raise as exactly below abel feel a ver big turtle comes out of the sand. it is a huge snapping turtle, from his aspect abel can see it is from fiendish origin. the turtle would be half as big as an auto, and as soon at it emerges from the sand it would extend its neck with his masive head, reaching as high as a man.

calm down boana says one of the men showing he has empty hands. we just wanted to offer you something to drink. says another one if well with a very ironic tone. if well loud enough so that the camp hears him
__________________the other two men would place a hand on their weapons if well not yet withdraw it. The huge turtle would turn his heavy head and look at abel awaiting for an instruction. the enlarged Jasper would start walking in the direction of the scared men, who would seem not to realise that jasper is dead... maybe becouse of the light. what do you want boana.. we would not give you hospitality to someone that is attaking us sooo.. why dont you take your beasts back...

the men seem reasured in their proximity to the camp and try to stay together, while the findish turtle snaps a couple of times in the air to show its readiness for battle.
__________________Jasper is just big and looks foward rather unimpresed.

from the camp you hear noise, it is clear they have heard the man. weather they will aproach or not you dont know.
__________________the camles are there and you could jump and run back at any moment, even when it is not sure if the men would then follow you. still you have the advantage of the dark night

__________________With a quick mental comant Able sends the turtle at the nearest man, while simultaniously disspelling Jasper's enlargment. "Get on the camel." With a flick of sand, the mage hurredly jumps onto his camel and helps Jasper to follow. Hoping the turtle will buy him some time the two dash off with the second camel in tow. "Where should we go?" If we go back to the well, they might find us. It's the only land mark we have though.

the turtle would snap against the first man, that would be enough for the others to take out their weapons and attack. but would also buy Abel enough time to get in the camel and run away.
__________________behind him in the darkness of the night abel would heard as the battle goes on and the "others" in the camp reach the place. he would also hear some screams before being too far away to notice anything sooner or later abel would feel safe enough and lower the speed as he look back often enough hoping to be left alone. but unfortunally the people on the camp would not so easily give up, and abel would soon realise there are at least 60 people riding in camels with their weapons out chasing him into the darkness of the night

Abel cringes at the sight behind him, Idiot what did you do.
__________________"I don't think your gona like this idea Jasper." Abel timmidly lets go of the second camels leed and moves his own into another direction. His left hand moves into his pocket producing a small pearl which shines in the desert monlight. "Hold on." Focusing on the pearl he cast a spell on his camel. The thumping of it's feet on the sand quickins. Abel looks out at the other camel as it speeds farther off with most of the supplies. __________________Abel can see as the other camel continues to run in its prvious direction, and soon with his own speed he is out of sight of the desert men. not slowing down abel and jasper rides for all what their camel can give and soon. very soon they will recognise a small light in the horizont.. in the midle of the night there is a camp fire not far from where abel is Abel knows that he has been going in the direction of the well he just left yesterday and with his expedition retreat spell is well posible that he has come back to that same place

"This is it." Abel spoke softly, his words muffled by the thumps of the speeding camel. Leaning forward the desperate man ushered his mount in the direction of the last glimmer of hope for him and his friend litteraly manifested in the desert night. He began to wonder if he should just change direction and keep going into the sand ridden land. The though was quickly banished from his mind, the desert was a hell, and the well was the only good thing in it that didn't stab him in the back. Even if it chose now, Abel had hardly any hopes left to shatter.
