Generally speaking, I've had poor experience running characters with the Leadership feat.

It's tempting to let you walk around with Judas so that I can have him betray you at a key point for a mere 30 silver, but I was thinking of reserving Judas as a theme-appropriate enemy for you. Jesus doesn't have a lot of characters to use for enemies (ideas on that front might be nice, if you've got a Mortal Enemy in mind).

I'd let you take Leadership under the condition that most of your low-level followers are off spreading the word of Jesus instead of present near the party. You'd be likely to find a few followers in every city you visit, but they're generally out of the adventuring. I wouldn't mind seeing you bring Peter along as your Cohort, and even a couple more characters who normally stay out of the way of things (your next-highest level followers are going to be level 10 or under, even with a rock-star Leadership score), but that's about as far as I'm comfortable taking the Leadership feat.

Also, remember that if I think the characters are getting a little too "My minion does this, just because I say so" zombie-like, I'll start enforcing some personality quirks.

If you can accept that, I'll play along with Leadership.

Jesus' mortal enemy would be Damien from the Omen series. Anything where the bad guy is the son of the devil.

.

Throw in some filthy Romans for color.

Have you guys rounded out this group or would you really be interested in having me play Sir Galahad in this group? For some reason I never saw that you initally accepted my character idea in the Players Looking For thread. I've got the character mostly finished and could have him done by tomorrow night if you'd like. He'd be a lvl 18 paladin lvl 3 knight protector.

Or I don't see anyone set to play robin hood, which would also make a nice addition as ranger/rogue. Either way I could have the character built by tonight if you'd allow me to join.

Third option, from reading the character creations thread, I could play Axeman's sword. Thinking maybe make it a divine spellcaster, or base it loosely on a high level sorcerer set up. I wouldn't have any Dex,Str or Con stats, so just run with Int, Wis and Charis. Please, please let me play his sword, this would make for the best character concept ever.

The following was edited into the first post of The Roster. It's where we are (as far as I'm aware), so I'm putting it here as a new post to ensure everybody sees it.

Characters and players:
D'Artagnan - Axeman
Jesus (sheet pending) - Aosaw
Tim the Enchanter (sheet pending) - Embrodak
Heracles - roaddog41
Sir Galahad (sheet pending) - Malas
Robin Hood (sheet pending) - Arkenfrost

Amy: I'd appreciate it if you'd update an actual character sheet. The thread is cool, but I'll be hunting all over the place for things.

RD: Why's Herc only level 20?

Excellent. Your character sheets are now linked appropriately.

Malas, I apparently missed the edit to your last post. If you still want to play a sword, we could probably work that out.

Malas - I might be able to scrounge up some extra cash if you need it to flesh out the sword.

If Malas plays your sword, I'm giving him secret powers that you don't know about...

Opinion Poll:

I am making my Character up now, help me decide.

Some how he is going to take 11 levels of Arcane Casting and then 10 Levels of Wild Mage. Being Time the Enchanter I want him a bit Random and Wild Mage fit the bill.

For the 11 Levels of Arcane, should I go

A) War Mage
B) Sorcerer
C) Wizard (Specialize in Conjuration)
C) Pure Wizard

Here's my thoughts.

A) I am mainly going to cast Fire Spells and this is a class that id specialized in Offensive spells and he can wear armor.
b) More Spell Access than War Mage..

Either A or B. I am taking the Fiery Burst Feat from Compelte Mage taht allows me to shoot a fierty burst as long as I have atleast a 2nd level fire spell Prepared or an availibl slot. haivng a Sorcerer/Warmage means just having that spell slot available.

C/D) Wizard will have more access to spells, I just have to memorize them... Despite not having armor of warmage, I don't have to put any stats in to CHA so those points can be focused to Dex for the Ray Spells
I am a fan of the Orb Spells (Conjuration School) and those require a ranged Touch attack so Dex would help.

Oh and I went through and did the weapon groups thing... which allowed me to take another fun feat. I am starting to like feats... alot.

Question...
a magical item I want...
Vest of the giant(1*2*2000=4000gp)
-acts as a use activated enlarge person spell targeted on the wearer.

In game effects
-I immediately become large size, my large bastard sword becomes huge sized. Strength increases by 2, AC decreases by 1, dex decreases by 2. In addition I would be treated as large sized for grappling, bull rushing, and the like.

I realize that this is a powerful ability.... but it is straight out of the DMG so... I figured I'd check before I got rid of some potions for it...

I decided to go with Galahad. Playing the sword would be cool and all, but I don't know if I'm a good enough RPer to pull it off.

Malas - no problem.

RD - Giant-sized Hercules. I like it.

Em - I have no freakin' idea.

I like it too... it would get my grapple bonus at very close to +40.... giving me a decent chance to avoid grappling traps. I am still gonna be in trouble for magical attacks... but I figure between Tim the Enchanter and jesus they can rescue me form dominate spells and the like. And with DR and 400+ HP I can take a few hits. Plus my sword as a huge blade does 3d8+d6+~20 good damage me thinks.

Sounds great. I should hit most of the time, get hit nearly none, and do very little damage. I will focus on disarming and the like.

Since we have HeyZeus among us, what is off limits as far as color comedy? Anyone?
