She glares at her fellow bluestudents back, irritated at having been so thouroughly ignored, and begins steadily ignoring him in return. Sighing, and not knowing anyone in the class at all to carry on a conversation, she begins playing a game she has always enjoyed. Holding her hands like a puppetmaster she summons images of dancers onto her desk. As her fingers dance, so do her dancers, each leaping around silently in the movements of one of the elven ballets her parents had taken her to see once. [Silent Image. ]

News of scandal always did peak Taxamundi's curiosity, all part of being a world traveler at the start of their journey.

Edenne knew how to respond to that. She made sure to capture Taxamundi's attention when she spoke.

"Nothing," says Candice quickly. "Just...just a nasty little dickhead. That's all."

The raptoran ingnores the gossip around him and begins to pull various items from his carrying sack. After finishing with a large tome he begins to study while examining the plant life now found strewn across his desk. Every so often he stops to peer curiously at the other students, trying to gain some insight into what they might be learning before continuing his studies. Should anyone catch him staring a sheepish look crosses his face and he immediately starts reading his book again.

Sol slinks over to the conversation Taxamundi was having and adds in a bored monotone:
__________________"Rick may have been a pervert, but Edenne seems to think the only way to solve problems is by brute force, in fact I am well equanted with the messes she leaves behind, wich benefactors such as my self are apperenly obliged to clean up. I am not shure whare she thought she saw "School Judge" as her current rank on the acceptance letter for her application. She goes around inflicting Draconian punishments, no pun intended, on every student she survays breaking her set of rules, undermining athority and causing general chaos and confusion in her wake. So, in my humble opinion Rick was bad, but Edenne is worse." |

Edenne smiled. "I recall that you were reluctant to help him, Sol, and I also recall taking full responsibility for my actions. I recall, too, that you are training yourselves here to be influential in the world at large. If you will take what you have learned here and not take action to protect those who are in danger, then perhaps you should investigate the possibility of becoming a philosopher."

Elysia laughs rather nervously, as she adds rather worriedly, "I suppose it's good for us transfers the home rooms didn't get switched around any earlier, hm? I wouldn't want to get caught up in all that commotion..."

Taxamundi can't help but snicker beneath the dutiful-son-of-the-empire exterior. Something tells Tax that if he knew exactly he'd be repulsed, but the sowing of chaos was admirable.

Orinlo approaches the front of the room."Hello Shem, Nice to see your still here this year, how are you? Orinlo pauses here in order for Shem to respond before he continues. "Are students rquired to stay in homeroom this year, or are we allowed to leave? The work I wish to do can only be done in the forest and I can't exactly bring it in here."

Professor Shem looked over at Orinlo and nodded to him, though he did not smile, or act friendly. He was a young teacher, but he demanded the same respect as any other. So with a dour look, and cold tone he responded.
"It is Professor, or at least mister Shem, please. Though, I am well enough. As for leaving, no you can not. Class, is class, rules are rules. If you can not do your work in doors I am sure you have reading, if not, that's odd. Just us your time as best you can." Mean while Luke, Lily and Simic set them selves to their reading not bothering with the chatter. Lance on the other hand was watching a little illusionary dance from a few seats away. Though he did not hide what he was doing, he did not point it out either. At least this new girl has taste he thought. |

As class began, Al'kesh pulled out a text book labeled 'Artifice: The Crafter's Handbook' with It's left hand, the right still grasped firmly around the poleaxe. It had read about a 8th of it already from what the other students looking could tale, and went through the pages with a decent speed.

As her dancers continue the dance, Summer begins to switch out the cast with her new classmates.
__________________Taxamundi becomes the deformed henchman of the demonic cleric, grimising and lurking everywhere. The attractive elf dancers flee at the sight of him. Summer giggles slightly, angling her body so that her housemate cannot see it. Professor Minkop, the Gnome illusionist, and Blue faculty member, is placed as the grave mystic. The mains, one of which looks surprisingly like a freckleless and long legged version of summer, dance up to him, begging him for advice with their dance. The dance continues, more and more of her classmates dancing into her play, being placed as she picks up traits about them. |

Edenne pushed Sol away gently. "I suggest, for your own safety, that you not stand so close to me again. As to your question, I'm afraid you'll just have to ponder my life to infinity."
