I guess NPC him for now, since he's been gone so long? Maybe throw him a PM to let him know we're still going and checking to see if he is interested in continuing w/ us.

Folks, I have been trying to avoid this post because I reasoned that I could do this game if I waited a little longer till I had more free time. But as can be seen, that didn't happen, and I am having a lot of trouble keeping ontop of this game. There are several reasons for this:

1) This is my only game that isn't 4.0. Keeping track of both rulesets is becoming a pain in the ass!
2) Summer has started, and I'm spending more time outdoors
3) Work is getting more and more hectic, and I do a lot of posting from work
4) DMing this game is taking too much time, as opposed to posting as a player in my other games

Lately, I've been struggling to keep up with my games. I've got three 4.0 games that I play in, and this one. I try to find time at night to update this game, but lately, I just haven't had it in me. I think that I have to trim back, and the only reason this game is on the chopping block as opposed to the others is because its 3.5 and not 4e. I wanted to at least get through the fight with Stauros, but unfortunately, it didn't happen!

I hope you guys understand. If nothing else, I can pick up where we left off at the end of the summer, if you guys want. At least I can finish up this part and you guys can continue on if you want to recruit new players. Even as a player, I'm going to back away and play strictly 4e for a while.

Hey Halcyon

Thanks for giving us the heads up. It is a shame that you are going to have to cut back, but I do want to thank you for giving us good story! I really enjoyed it.

If you want to get this started again let me know. Until then, I wish you all well, I am sure we will see each other around here again.
