__________________I don't want to push anyone orso but perhaps it would help if we at least set a certain goal for when to restart the game? At least a indication would be nice. Knowing how things go online I expect most ppl having free time once more after New years eve. Can we try to aim for a restart somewhere then? I just like the game to much to give it up, I still haven't slep. . I mean convinced Mina to trust me  I don't like giving up on certain goals I have in mind.

According to the stats he hasn't checked in for lets say 2 months by now. What shall we do? PM him? Threathen him with sending a spambomb mail if he doesn't show up?
__________________ The last possibility we have is recruiting another DM, not player for the game. Although unorthodox, it might be the solution if all of us are willing to keep on playing. It is something that I rather try to avoid, seeing as I don't want to steal Lofac his creation, however should he remain to be inactive for to long, then I rather see some solution rather then none. All we need to do in such a case is finding a DM with quality, and one willing to take over such a game like this. *sighs* Suggestions, ideas?

Happy Newyear all,
__________________Well its been some weeks since I attempted to contact Lofac, so far he hasn't shown any sign of being alive on the forum. In my eyes this game is considered dead although I hate to admit it. I love Adriel, and all the others that play here, but the absence of the DM without any information about when he returns makes me consider whether to keep this game in ''the fridge'' or not. My offer still stands for the others, and that is seeking out a DM which is willing to take over this group. We could ''reset'' the surroundings, participating in a different adventure with a new DM, while keeping the current personalities we have now. This at least, ensures that our characters won't ''die''. Anyone willing to try this? If not, then I am sadfully forced to leave the game within a Month if not been given a hint of Lofac his presence. Cheers, Bjorn

True enough, even so I see that some of us have quite some posts in their profile, which means that they have roleplayed allot on the site. I think that most of us know multiple DM's that have the potential to equal Lofac his style. [Not to be blunt, but Alegria and AlwaysCivilMike are DM's that I look up to on this site as a example for my own game.]
__________________Perhaps we are able to contact one of them? for one, I would simply vouch to seek a person which has a high post count, this is sort off less a indication that the person is devoted to the site, of course I won't be able to pull it off with you guys, so if the majority of you rather let the game die then simply post telling so and I will drop the idea alltogether. I just hate it when my character has not accomplished enough in my eyes in a game, Adriel had allot of potential as a Elven Ranger, it would be a shame IMHO to give him that easily.

I love Cobbwick too much for to let him just burn out. I think it would be hard to find another with Lufac's flair, but it's not impossible. If we can a DM who would be willing to DM for our group, I say we transfer over wholesale.
I don't I think we should try to continue with this game without Lofac. He built this world and it is personal to him, therefore another person trying to come in and do anything would not only be a little overwhelming to that DM but maybe an affront to Lofac. Personally, I just liked RPing with this group and Cobbwick way too much to see it go to the wayside.

As much as I the RP section I would have to say it was one of tougher characters I have ever played, with all the internal struggles as well as the external ones as well.
__________________If we can find a new GM great, but I fear the game will be swung in a new direction as to the new GM's flair, so I don't know. I mean I'll still play, but I fear it won't be the same.

*nods* I got Adriel revived in another game by now, hes hit lvl 12 all of the sudden, I intergrated this game its history in his background and expanded from there.
__________________Its to bad that this game has died off [kinda]. . I love the group, but sadly enough life can be a pain in the ass at sometimes. Anyone have a idea where to recruit a DM? The game has been spinning for over 5 years and Alegria is a wonderfull DM IMO. Caldir [Char I run in Velocity] is the oldest Character I have on this site [for around 2/2,5 years] and I still love playing him. Aye its a sad thing indeed as I loved the group as a whole and the quality that came forth from this game.
__________________Nonetheless I would like to thank you all for your input in the game, I have laughed more then once when reading the posts and enjoyed rereading our adventure  .
