Really, I love video games...well...I love some video games. I understand about the addictive personality though, that can really get you into trouble...some games will draw you in and then suck your life away.

how much are we to depend on dice rolls and how much is open for just roll playing?

Figure that if you need something specific (like you need to know how much your character knows about a certain thing, say Pazunia, you should probably roll.) And search and spot checks never hurt, but I'll usually tell you when you need to make them. For the most part we will be relying on role-playing though. For instance if you get a really high-roll on a bluff check and then crap out on the role-play aspect of it then I'll probably ignore the role and vice versa if you get a low roll but role-play it well.

Sorry....internet was out for the last couple days due to AT&T cancelling my service (rather than solely cancelling the new "plan" which they foisted on us".

Yeah, bad timing, I guess..."Hey sorry for not posting, I'm back" and then no posts?

Anyway, I definitely want to get my character in on the action.

Given the complete lack of action by my character for a while, I'm wondering if noothergods has any suggestions for re-integrating into play?

Edit: Also, there's something that's been bugging me that I just have to put out there: It's Azzagrat, not Azzagart.
