I'm actually beginning see a marked improvement in my writing. The criticism from you guys has opened my eyes on how to make a mediocre post better.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in, but looks like TheChuck is up to his eyeballs with the newbie classes.

Hm, I presume you meant "your" Queen there...as you'll hear often here in the SNOT, reread even your smallest posts before and after you submit them.

Heh, I like to play with style as you can see. The five word exercise is about taking 5 words and making them vibrate with description. Some will say styles are gimmicky and the words should speak for themselves. I say, try it both ways; at least then you can dismiss it with authority.

You had some good concepts there and used your 5 words well. But spice up a word here and there (thesaurus) and you'll turn "OK" phrases into stand-out ones.

Okay, this one was a bit tricky. So, here's my first attempt.

I wasn’t sure if these had to be filled in with one word or not, so I went with it this way. If this format is incorrect, I’ll improvise, adapt, over come.

Love: I’ll race back into your arms, on your request.

Hatred: I’ll tap-dance on your tears.

Sorrow: I’ll not believe she loves another on your word alone.

Okay, this last one has me stumped. I’m not sure if this goes beyond the boundaries of DnDOG. If so, I’ll remove it.
Indecency: I’ll let them gorge on your lust.
