I can't wait until I can get Agile Shield Fighter at 8. That's going to be fun.

Ha, my last post is a bit confusing. I was wondering what fifteen was talking about until I read it again. What I 'meant' to say was Ilikan thought the attackers would have a plan to deal with the prince, but it came out as Ilikan thought the royal guard was going to kill the prince....

OK, this is a rather important question... from what Morgan has seen, can Falke possibly fit up the stairs and into this portion of the palace? Preferably with Morgan riding on her, and lance in hand... I'd be much happier facing combat with her around. She seems to do a lot more damage than I do, oddly enough.

Is the stairway hollow and open on either side of the great stairs?

There's a door on the sixth-level opening to the stairs, but not at the top. Falke...could theoretically squeeze up, but I can't promise she wouldn't get stuck trying. Then once she GOT to the top, it would be quite messy with such close quarters.

Can someone give a brief rundown of what's happening right now? Where we all are? The mounts are outside somewhere, I assume. Are the two guys in the room with Veeno and the tiny panther enemies, or royal guards?

In a nutshell: We are on the top floor of the Palace. Veeno has run off and distanced himself from the group. The mounts are on a large balcony on the 3rd floor, I believe. I am of the assumption that everyone currently on this floor is a traitorous dog trying to kill the prince, and they are assuming we are helping them. I do not know if the doormen are part of this group or not.

Otherwise, we are all very confused and trying to figure out what to do next. Plus, I am being exceptionally confusing on purpose. Because it's fun.

Yes, considering 15-0's ability to roll 1's like he's getting paid for it, he would be our midget. Though I'm not sure if he has a top-hat or not...
