On another note, I'm really liking how all the different personalities are coming through. It makes great sense that all of the goblins would approach this differently. And I prefer it to a group where every character approaches things the same. I'm also eager for chances to show that though Twostep doesn't see eye to eye with everyone, that the family element creates a camaraderie beyond worldview. |

No need to post except to agree entirely with kdtompos and to say that I love how after Nogg mentioned the "use other goblins as bait plan" it was shot down wicked fast, because we're "not gonna be like that anymore." It was a consequence of that action that I honestly hadn't considered at all, and I'm glad we got to do some IC posting through it -- a welcome surprise when I got home from work last night.

I agree, I'm really liking how the different personalities are interacting in this game so far. It might just be one of those rare games you get where the combination of players that bounce off each other well ensures it's longevity and makes it fun and interesting for everyone.
I'm also a lore-making machine. I've got about two possible creation myths and at least four or five Goblin stories/legends in my head. If I get some time, I'll add them in T'zax's thread. |

Sorry about the post silence guys, I wanted to let the discussion play out.
__________________IC thread updated. In the interest of moving things along, I'd like to have you guys have some course of action worked out by tomorrow evening/Monday morning. I'm not trying to curtail RP, but it's very easy to get... I don't want to say sidetracked, but rather caught up in in-depth character exposing dialogue. And while that's great and I really dig the RP involved, it has a way of slowing down games to the point where it's difficult to actually do anything. So, as much dialogue as you want is fine, just try and have some sort of plan of action done by tomorrow-monday-ish. Remember that you can make as much use of the OOC thread to work things out as you want, I find that that tends to direct people's characters actions in a more cohesive manner. I'm not generally a fan of leet, but there's just something about "w007" that I enjoy. lol, maybe to have LG's speech be truly annoying to type/read I'll have him speak in leet

Generally speaking, cutting out parts of words doesn't make them much harder to read as humans get cues to what the word is by the first and last groups of letters of the word. I certainly don't mind it.

I will be out of town Monday afternoon through Friday early afternoon. It's unlikely that I'll be able to use a computer, but not unimaginable. However, I imagine that Twostep will need to be NPCed during this span. I hate to drop for a week this early in the story, but following this I shouldn't come across any other conflicts for quite some time. (In other words: this is, nor would it be, a regular occurance)

My posting rate will be exponentially reduced for four days from now, as I'm currently performing two shows a night and only getting back at about 9:30 PM.

So I think we've all gone to bed, as I would say we have settled on a hiding, running fight. We are going to bait, ambush and kill the humans/dwarf. I mean it's really kinda sweet, adventurers tend to have good stuff, and ambushes are awesome.
