Belfast, Edgar: Necromancer and member of a cult of Orcus based in the Fallcrest area. Kidnapped many townsfolk, including Lord Marklehay's daughter Allora, to use as sacrifices to Orcus. Current whereabouts:Deceased.__________________
Bearengan, Charinida: Drowess Swordmage being pursued by Delega Ferangaline from the Feywild. Current whereabouts: Unknown. Last rumored to be in the area around Winterhaven.
Irontooth: Leader of a band of goblins that has harassed the area around Winterhaven. The goblins seem to be intent on taking prisoners. Possibly has something to do with the disappearances of Ilmaa Feresti, Ulrich Baerstine's goddaughter, Alagoseth and Lotheth Túanu, and members of the Shaw and Saneot family. Irontooth is a subordinate of Kalarel. Current whereabouts: Area around Winterhaven.
Kalarel: Mastermind behind the troubles that have been plaguing both Winterhaven and Fallcrest. Had an alliance with Szartharrax to sow discord across the north-lands. Current whereabouts: Area around Winterhaven.
Szartharrax: Young white dragon. Pressed a tribe of kobolds into service. Staked out an abandoned keep near Fallcrest and used it as her base of operations. Current whereabouts: Deceased.

Anvelring, Sgt. Murgeddin: Dwarven commander of the Wizard's Gate guard division. A surly veteran of the Bloodspear War he takes his responsibilities seriously and runs his division with an iron fist. Has a dark black beard and hair that is starting to gray along the edges.__________________
Aufsgood, William “Tollbooth Willy”: A crotchety old curmudgeon who collects tolls on the newly renovated Five-Arch Bridge. He is mercilessly teased by the children of Fallcrest and can often be heard shouting obscenities and shaking his walking stick at them as they run away.
Azaer, Amara: The young proprietor of House Azaer. She is young tiefling who is good at her job. She is of average height for a tiefling and has red skin with golden hair and light gray horns that extend from her brow.
Bayle, Sgt. Gerdrand: Commander of the King's Gate guard division. He is a tall, lanky man who says little.
Blackbur, Kelson: Proprietor of the Lucky Gnome Taphouse in Lowtown. Kelson is a portly human with a greasy unshaven face. He usually has the stub of an unlit cigar clamped in his teeth. He has long black hair and beady dark eyes.
Belfast, Edgar:Local laborer and troublemaker turned necromancer. He was part of a plot to kidnap Allora Marklehay. He became greedy for power though and took it upon himself to sacrifice the girl to the demon prince Orcus himself. He was stopped mid-ritual by a group of adventurers and was killed when he sent undead minions to attack them.
Felmoor, Brand "Hellstriker": Friend and former adventuring companion to Fentus Hopswill. They are both retired and living the good life running the Dragon's Codpiece in Fallcrest. Brand used to be a ranger and is still quite proficient with the blade and crossbow he keeps behind the bar for "emergencies". Brand is a middle aged human standing just shy of six feet tall, he has brown hair and brown eyes.
Halfmoon, Sealrund: Halfling proprietor of the Halfmoon Trading House. He is an elderly halfling who spouts off with never ending half-baked advice to any customer who wanders through the door.
Hammerstriker, Teldorthan: Former master-armorer for the dwarven kingdom of Iron Forge. Teldorthan retired to Fallcrest after fighting in the Bloodspear War. He is an elderly dwarf who will talk the ear off any customer or passerby who gives him half the chance. Teldorthan has a steely gray beard with hair to match. He is most often seen smoking his well worn pipe on the porch of his shop while his apprentices do most of the day to day work.
Hopswill, Fentus: A cantankerous old dwarf who used to be a cleric of Moradin many years ago. Has since retired and taken up his first love. Fentus is the brewmaster of the Dragon's Codpiece. Even though Fentus owns the inn and tavern he leaves the running of the place to his friend Brand Felmoor. Fentus stands 4'3" and has a long red beard and hair with gray eyes.
Kamroth, Armos: Self styled "lord" Armos Kamroth owns much of the land surrounding Fallcrest. He rents this land to the peasants of the area and charges them heftily for the privileged. Regarded by most townsfolk as a pompous horse's rear he is not well liked. Usually can be found drinking at the Silver Unicorn. Armos is short for a human but wears heeled boots to give himself the illusion of height. He has perfectly coiffed brown hair with a neatly trimmed pencil thin mustache.
Marklehay, AlloraEldest daughter of Lord Faren and Lady Allande. Was kidnapped recently and almost sacrificed to the demon prince Orcus. Was saved by a band of adventurers.
Markelhay, Jonas: The local magistrate he is the Lord Markelhay's brother. his duties include supervision of tax collectors, local law enforcement, and to serve as judge for any criminal cases not serious enough to be brought before Lord Markelhay himself. Jonas is a human of middling height with dark hair and eyes. He sports a neatly trimmed mustache and goatee.
Markelhay, Lady Allande: The Lord Warden's wife. She is younger than her husband and is considered very attractive. Before becoming Lady Markelhay she was an accomplished wizardess. She has borne Lord Markelhay four children.
Markelhay, Lord Warden Faren: The lord of Fallcrest. He lives and works from Moonstone Keep. He is a middle aged balding human. He is known to be fair and just. The townsfolk revere him. He holds open court once a week to hear criminal cases and to settle disputes.
Matthews, Sgt. Nereth: Commander of the Knight's Gate guard division. He is a stickler for the rules and drills his charges ruthlessly for maximum efficiency. Being stationed at Knight's Gate is generally seen as unfavorable duty to most members of the Fallcrest guard because of Sgt. Nereth.
Meechum, Pamela: A local seamstress who was kidnapped by a cult of Orcus. Rescued right before she was to be turned into another undead soldier. She is still scarred by her experience and remains catatonic.
Mornbrow, Dirina: Human Priestess of Erathis. Is the spiritual leader of the temple devoted to her god in town. Dirina is tolerant of worshipers of Ioun and Moradin and has even allowed shrines to these gods set up in her sanctuary. She has less patience for followers of any other gods and will mercilessly try and convert followers to Erathis.
Naerumar, Orest: The owner of Naerumar's Imports. He is a handsome tiefling who wears tailored suits everywhere he goes. His skin has a golden hue to it with dark red hair and curling black horns sprooting from his brow.
Nimozaran the Green: An elderly human wizard who is the last remaining member of the now defunct Fallcrest mages' guild. Nimozaran is regarded by most as an eccentric old coot who is mostly harmless. He still tries to finagle any arcane user who passes through to join the guild, trying to restore it to it's former glory. So far he only has one patron his apprentice Tobolar Quickfoot. Nimoazran is a dark skinned human with silver hair and kind brown eyes.
Osterman, Wisara: Halfling owner of the Silver Unicorn. Wisara is an attractive halfling with long strait ebon black hair and blue eyes.
Quickfoot, Tobolar: The rather unimpresive, and untalented, halfling apprentice of Nimozaran the Green.
Sandercot, Nimea: Owner of Sandercot Provisions. She inherited the store when her husband was killed in a bad business deal with shady partners. Nimea is a human just past middle aged with graying blond hair pulled back in a matronly bun. Nimea has a round face that is just starting to show some wrinkles. She is known for being a shrewd business woman.
Starlight, High Priest Ressilmae: Spiritual leader of the Moonsong Temple. He is a priest of Sehanine but also will accept worshipers of Corellon, Melora, and Avandra into his congregation. He is an elderly elf who used to adventure years ago. He is also a musician of incredible skill.
Stonebelly, Grundelmar: The loud opinionated master of the House of the Sun. Grundelmar is a zealous follower of Pelor. He will happily preach to followers Kord and Bahamut as well.
Thistleton, Linnar: Halfling owner of the Fallcrest Stables. A friendly, jolly fellow he is always ready with a story about his many children.
Trump, Corporal Gregagarius Second in command at Knight's Gate, under Sgt. Nereth. He is the only reason that the Guards at that gate haven't mutinied against the Sgt's tyrannical rule. He is jolly man and often invites adventurers to drink with him after his shift. He can't pass up a good tale.
Zemoar, Erandil: The proprietor and owner of the Nentir Inn. He arrived in town two years ago and erected the inn in record time. He has been making good money ever since (much to the chagrin of Wisara Osterman). Erandil is a handsome gregarious half-elf who always has a smile and a drink for any paying customer.

Eilian the Old: Dragonborn male. Elderly farmer who frequents Wrafton's Inn. He is the local gossip monger and can be trusted to give out all sorts of useless and useful information.
Kelfem, Rond: Half-elf male. Captain of the Winterhaven Regulars, the local guard company.
Sister Linora: Human female. Local priestess to Avandra. Runs non-denominational services thrice weekly at the temple.
Lord Padraig: Human male. Former commander in the King's army. Was given lordship over Winterhaven as reward for his years of loyal service.
Moongem, Delphina: Elven female. Happy go lucky flower merchant.
Ninaran: Elven female. Local hunter. Very quiet and likes to keep to herself.
Valthrun the Prescient: Gnome male. Local sage. Best source of information about local mystical history.
Wildarson, Bairwin: Half-orc male. Eccentric old adventurer who owns and runs Bairwin's Grande Shoppe
Wrafton, Salvana: Human female. Owner of Wrafton's Inn.
