Grapple Rules Edit

You begin with a melee touch attack... follow it up with a grapple check.

Tuco gets an AoO... if he wants one... and then rolls to resist your grapple.

If Tuco hits you with the AoO your grapple fails, and if he resists your grapple fails.

So you need to roll a melee touch attack, and Vort needs to decide whether or not he will roll an AoO... and then a grapple check.
