Did I miss a post somewhere about the manta ray stats. Is there a set in the Monster Manual - I will have to look this evening when I get back. Was it a specific question you had?

That's in the dried riverbed. We should try to get them to break through somehow. Any ideas?

Can I retroactively roleplay having traps set up in some areas that have not yet been visited by the PC's?

Write them up. If you write your ideas if might be too late, it might not be. If you don't write them it'll definately be too late.
I think you should look at setting something up on the shelf or the dried streambed. Then again, we don't have anything guarding the side door...

StackingZerglings write up your thoughts and the tribe can agree them. But then again since the leader is dead we pretty much have anarchy reigning at the moment so do what ever you like. The party of adventurers are about three feet inside the main entrance cave bickering so you can do whatever you like wherever (within reason !)
