Thanks you, Larry. I was awfully tired this morning. :P To confirm the crit against Rykus:

By the way, according to my own records, Rykus, this hit could bring you to either 1, or to -4 and dying. I highly suggest that you care less about the several grappling hooks (only one of which is near you) and care more about safely killing this barbarian who has very very hit points and might kill you depending on whether the dice roll above breaks your AC. As for Larry, you unfortunately didn't hit. Elenya has been knocked prone by the crashing wave. I am going to rethink these Action Points and find a way for them to work better. I don't really like these pathetic rolls because things take too long. No offense; it is completely random, after all.

(something that always confused me, wouldnt that technically be an auto hit? as long as he made a successful concentration check to channel the ability though his body?)

No, the attack was directed to you, Rykus. Hence the 1d100 dice roll with a 40% chance of hitting Melmoth on the ground that landed on 85. Melmoth is already on the ground dying. Thankfully, barbarian didn't crit, so you should be at 1. please correct me if I'm wrong, I keep mediocre notes. Elenya, Reekiz, and Hans all manage to keep their balance. Elenya misses with her bow, and Hans barely misses with his halberd (including the flanking bonuses). Reekiz, however, lands a dead-on hit for 3 damage. Larry is unfortunately now grappling with the barbarian, despite some apparant action on Larry's part to epically weave his way out of the brute's hold on him.
