Well, now that we have the cast I'd like to let you all know that the character of Otto Von Braunschweig was concieved by Freeone3000, Rodan in our current game. It should be a fun campaign

Question about character making. Does the 32 point buy already account for the ability points gained at level 4 and 8, or not? Like, do we get an extra +2 or not...

And, dang, I realized I needed a flaw to fill in all the prereq of feats...Umm...Could you make an exception? The build only works if I have one...I didn't realize I was supposed to figure that part out beforehand. I think I confused myself by switching from a human to a half-elf. =(

I'm literally using every feat I get, except for the bonus one at Level 5 Shadowspy on prereqs...>_<

EDIT: Double shoot...Did I actually put never change it to Warpriest 2 to start? I thought I'd done it already....>_< I'm pretty sure I've tried to do it twice before the deadline. Stupid messed up site...=S

Can I have Warpriest 2 instead of Combat Medic 2? Please? For one thing...Combat Medic 2 would need 2 flaws in the build to get in, instead of 1...>_>

I'm not, and I'm not using the obscene Saint template either, even if it has been toned down. >_> I'm the resident mobility expert, for the record, floating above the ground at all times, capable of walking through solid objects, and able to teleport as a class feature. And I'm a druidic spellcaster with full progression and a whole lotta gimmicks.

LOL nice lcg! Anyway, I'm actually killing myself over feat selection here too.....I mean fighters quite posssibly get the most feats, no? And for some odd reason, I seem like I don't have enough!

Fading Echo now reporting in, and my character, conveniently, has no feats he *needs*. Probably going to streamline him along one particular tactic, even if one rather common type of monster will screw him over badly. Though he does have a few tricks up his sleeve for just such an occasion.

I guess I'll just stick to deathstrike bracers for now...=S

Note: on my character sheet, you'll see a lot of stuff blotted out with ****** - these are for things the party probably will learn quickly, but Thomas won't advertise, and they'll be replaced by what they actually are when the party learns.

Oh also, I just wanted to say that 32 point buy doesn't include the bonuses at 4th and 8th level. That means do point buy first, then apply those bonuses.

Also I have a question myself about my saves. How do I determine them on my fighter side? The issue is that I took a PrC and that confuses me on how the saves work. Also, how does it work with BAB?

Meagre Fortitude, I'd normally be fine but she shrugged off a barrel of intestines, she has fortitude. Ones that fit the character were: Vulnerable (-1 AC, I'd be able to justify it based on the fact that the flesh beast tossed you around a bit. Reminds me of a game I actually DM'd once, hehe 16'th level gestalt crusader/necro of doom. Good times). By the same logic Poor Reflexes would work. You know, if you homebrew it well citing scripture at every inopportune moment could become a flaw.

In all honesty I've always thought half elves were a rather weak race, so I was going to offer up a variant which basically gives them the extra skill that humans get. If you would like the extra feat instead I suppose that is acceptable. Unless anyone else feels it would be unbalancing?

And to mention: Saint is a powerful template. I'm generally a very lax DM on paladins and monks because I know it can be tough and its a base class. I will be rather tough on the saint though as you are expected to exemplify the exalted handbook, and it is a task you have brought on yourself. You must actively give mercy, extend forgiveness to those who need it, and see to not just destroy evil but attempt to redeem it ("Perhaps the greatest act of good one could ever hope to accomplish is the redemption of an evil soul.") I'd like it if you gave a tithe to a temple every now and again (charity will not go unrewarded).

32 PB does NOT include the 2 bonuses. So you get a 32 point buy and 2 stat increases on top of that. Your saves... lemme look at your build, its an odd one... Oh no it isn't BAB full is better than BAB 1/2 so you get full BAB from the PrC (Which makes you +10/+5... and the save on the fighter side for Fort is better than the rogue, your PrC Being a good fort save. So if I am calculating right:

BAB +10/+5, Fort: +9 (6 from fighter, then 2 for first PrC level, 1 more from PrC, 1 more from Fighter), Reflex: +7 (straight 10 rogue), Will: +3.

...LOL, I just looked actually had the Vulnerable flaw on the pre-concept sheet I worked out calculating what I needed to make the build work...I just never managed to get around to mentioning it...(becuase database errors probably screwed up the post I was gonna ask it in...>_<)

The extra skill point would be nifty though...as for my character's build, I hope I calculated everything right.

I got, BAB +8/+3, Saves are Fort +8, Ref +9 and Will +8...=S

And 6 Skill points per level, 7 if you do the variant...=3 And sure, a tithe to the temple. Actually...I'm gonna have a look at those mechanics and for Pelor's Shadow Guard in Complete Champion...Give me an idea how her order acts. =3

8/3 is your attack bonus (8 levels of 3/4 BAB and then 2 levels of full BAB). Take the skill point then. Saves... I'll assume are right till I have time to go through all my books (I have to search for some things).
