Further, a Vampire's 'Heart' organ should reflect their personality. Any organ/area of the body may be chosen as the Vampire's 'Heart' however regardless of the size or place of the 'Heart' organ a Fist-sized area around it, or in it is the vulnerable area. [So if one chooses a larger organ, like the liver, only a Fist-sized portion of it counts. Or if one chooses a smaller organ, like an Eye, a Fist-sized area around the eye counts as well.]
Liches
One does not need to build their own Phylactery in order to be a Lich. [However the creature being 'liched' must be willing and present.] Also, anything that has something akin to a soul may become a Lich.
The Lost
Outsiders do not need to Breath.
Outsiders are Immune to the Cleric's Spell Failure chance.

Clerics
Ever since the end, many people of great faith were shaken. Even those who draw divine powers from their philosophies rather than gods have had difficulty casting spells.
All Clerics Suffer a 50% spell failure chance. [Likewise is for all Cleric-Esk Casters]
Wizards/Sorcerers
Arcane Magic is still potent, and all spells function fine, save for Conjuration spells. All conjuration spells fail instantly. Any spell that allows one to change planes (Such as from Material to Shadow or Ethereal) also fail instantly. Spells that let you see into such plains function, but show nothing.
The Rule of 20/10
When a critical is threatened, it must over come the targets armor. [20's always do so.]
One then rolls a d10.
If the roll is 6-10, the critical is confirmed. 1-5, the critical is not.
On a 20-10, generally the Target is destroyed.
Alignment
Alignment has nothing to do with one's moral compass, or arbitrary philosophies.
Alignment is based off of Planar Energies, Actions, and Factions, and are very fluid, and Subjective. If anyone is planing on using any Alignment based spells, or actions PM me for more specifications. [So Blood Bank, or Blood Legion are both Alignments, So is Madness, and the Essence one is created from] (Healing Spells are Necromatic and not Conjuration)
