@Indy: So we're going by strictly d20 rules, not the modified M&M2nd rules? Because the latter states that ability scores over ten cost one point a piece. Page 24-25, Core Rules.

Oh! Now I see what I did wrong; okay. ****, I definately underestimated the cumulative cost of skills, then.

Alright, for the remainder I'll get the math for your sheets done tonight to see if everything's square. Then we can do origins talk and then start the game, I figure it'll be up and going by the end of the weekend.

No I'm not using any trade offs. I spent 20 pp on defense (+10), I have 20 in dexterity (+5) mod = 15 + 10 base = 25 def

Base toughness is 2 because 14 con (+2) mod. defensive roll +2, and costume has 2 ranks of toughness 2+2+2= 6 tough save.

sure thing but looking over your sheet my hero would need a INT 20 to use it. although I might be adding things wrong and if s how many ep would it cost?

hopefully only 1 because if not I got mov some numbers around

@ Uncanny. I think only one, yeah. And no, you only need INT 20+ to literally use the TV-Watch. I just want you to have a clunky TV so I can send you video-communications. Defense is base 10, you say? Hmm. I don't think it is; I think you start at 0.

@ Indy. I still don't understand the Defense stat, Bonus, Dodge, and Misc Modifiers; at least when I look at everyone else's sheets. Where do their Misc. Mods come from, and why doesn't it mention dexterity being applied to Defense in the corebook? Do you add Dodge Bonus to the Defense total? Eek. =/

oh okay I'll add the TV to the bike then I guess I lose the touhgness to costume. I always thought you added 10 to Def like D&D.

If such isn't the norm in M&M, it's a house rule of mine. I've simply factored it in like any other d20 game.

@ uncanny
If you'll notice, on page 24, it states that the total defense bonus cannot exceed the campaign's power level (being 10, so +10). This was discussed in the OOC topic after GrimDarkOtter asked if Toughness could go over a +10 modifier with Constitution added.
