Issues are fairly short compared to typical "adventures", in that no adventure takes up a mere one issue. Gotta keep the readers wanting to read, right?

Storing the results will work well, you can get back to H.O.M.E. and make it in the shop or whatever you may have there. You don't need it just now as you know where he is now.

Im just making an educated guess on balance here, but wouldnt the strenght of the boss be a bit high for our power level? (as in making the chameleon only stealing a portion of the hitting power?)

The villain is also going to be fighting 5 superheroes by himself, keep in mind.

And at PL10, a superbeing can carry a maximum allowable load of 6 tons. Catching something that weighs considerably less than that isn't out of a PL10's range. He probably can't throw it across the entire pond though.

I was just trying to make it obvious for my fellow heroes that even though he is mimicing mister strong guy he probably will fail if he goes arm wrestling with the guy

Edit: with telekinesis (non-damaging) you could go way over that theoretically, but I guess that would be silly.

You could, but that requires concentration. Much harder to do in a fight than the grab-hoist-fling approach.

We're allowing a couple of strays from the typical Silver Age comic book. Obvious racism is a bit off-color, so is out. And for some time there were no ethnic superheroes, as Charioteer is. So, a few modern sensibilities here and there.
