6d6 8 times, remove 3 lowest dices of each roll, line them up, remove the two lowest results of the eight rolls and you got six numbers.

2d100 for the gold roll.

Do you really think I'm THAT stupid :P Alright, 6d6 8 times. Remove the lowest 3 dice from each resulting roll and the 2 lowest results.

I'm sorry, i wasn't aware I would have to roll the stats TWICE. I allready rolled them once when i made him, wich wound up as follows 14 str, 16 dex, 18 con, 14 int, 13 wis, 13 cha... before racial mods mind you.

If these are unsatisfactory, or you just plain want me to reroll in the dice forum as a matter of trust, well, fine, I'll reroll, but if i get higher, might I not overpower even those at level 3?

Gold: are we rolling for starter gold that is to be spent on gear, or are we rolling for the Gold we have on us?

As a general rule, you always roll stats for your character in the Game Forum after the DM sets it up. This is so you don't have to worry about people trying to Min/Max their character, and we don't have to rely on the honor system for the rolls. Plus, it's 6d6 8x. You can easily get rid of that pair of 13s, and might even boost those 14s a bit.

with racial bonuses and the +2 Scales gave me, i have +10 to strength, whatever I roll. The only thing I DON'T get bonuses to due to my race is Dex. I'm afraid of rolling stats that would overpower my character, and make other party members look obsolete or unneeded. Granted, there are things a Rogue could do that Tiberius can't regardless of his stats. Etc etc for other classes too. Anyways, I was just asking incase anyone shared my concerns, but i'm assuming not, so off to roll stats again. Oh, and what about the Gold part of my question?

Er, Zeromant, your Ability Scores are actually at 17 14 15 14 15 15. You rolled twice.

I was only just now brought to my attention on this, when i submitted i had come across site bugs, server wouldn't load etc etc, and when Tullaris informed me after I had read the one I noticed, I just blindly deleted it. DM's call on wich set of numbers I use.

Hehe! WRONG JOREAL! You thought the wrong rpattern! What I asked was how many times you are allowed to roll your ability score, not as in how many dices you use for ability sxore, but how many times you ca REROLL IT TO GET A BETTER ROLL. The answer was. THREE TIMES. You can roll ability score three times, but after that you have to pick one of thethree results for your char's ability scores.

And sorry Zero but if Zeroal is right then you have to pick that number.

So I have to pick a Number that I can't even confirm? and all because the site screwed me over due to glitches... So, why do i HAVE to choose that set? What's stopping me from counting my current set as a reroll? or rerolling again? If I have to reroll again, I will, but I cannot use a number set that I can't confirm.

I just now realise that I may be coming across as an ass, and Sorry about that if I am. I'm just a little erked that I was not informed at all that I would be rerolling stats AFTER the fact that I made his character sheet and chose feats and gear, and that feels just a little underhanded, despite how 'fair' it is.

So, rather than use a number set i cannot confirm, as quoting can even be forged, I'd rather just reroll alltogether. and maybe this time the site won't screw over my one in a million shots of good luck like i had with the other numberset.

and now I'm contradicting myself from my last post. gah, I swear when i applied I never thaught it would be this much of a pain in the ass to get started.
