The halfling looks up from the deck of the boat, he was cleaning it. He examines you and smiles with his buck front teeth. "Yeah, of course. Where are you going?"
Bree gets on the boat. Her armor donned and weapon hung to her side. "To the Bren Hills, please."

She gets back up and heads towards the bed. "Come, help me move this bed."

If you decide to help her, the two of you successfully moves the bed aside. You have never noticed it, but underneath the bed, there was a small door with a handle. She lifts it up and reveals a small compartment. Inside, there was a beautiful cloak, in red and purple trims. She takes it out and gives it to you. "This was your father's. I think it will do you well. Also, at the bottom there is a small chest, there should be enough gold there for you to get started in your life... I will miss you and do not forget me here."
Ibis could hardly object to such a simple request, curious though it might be. her own eyes tear up as her mother parts with what was her father's, a possession of the man she loved. But who better to take it with her than the man's own flesh and blood? For a short while she just held the cloak in her hands in a messy bundle, taking deep breaths to keep herself from totally breaking down and losing her resolve. "Th...thank you Mother..." She whispers the words, her voice trembling as she moves to clasp the cloak about her shoulders before removing the chest and tucking it under one arm. "I promise to find a way to stay in touch...even if I have to come and visit..." The redheaded half-elf smiled and embraced her Mother tightly, before drawing the cloak tighter about her body and making ready to truly depart.

Keven was indeed waiting. He was going to ask something but figures that it would be a long trip so there will be time to talk about it. He follows you, and together you head off.

Before you did, a call came from behind, it was Neal. He and two other guards were carrying two backpacks, two Scale Mail, two wooden shields, and two swords. Once he got close to the two of you, he says: "Here, this is what I can offer you as equipment and supplies. I hope the best for the two of you. Tilar, I am giving you my personal sword, her name is Saya's Judgement. She is sharp, yet solid. It will aid you in your journey. This is the best I can do."
Tilar nods with a sincere smile. Thank ya kin'ly, Neal. Keep safe. We'll be back before too long. he speaks as he sets his own backpack down, and move gets the map and whetstone from it, needing nothing else. Then he hands the old backpack to Neal, and slips on his scaled armor over his shirt, first removing the shoulder badge, then replacing it.There's some supplies in here I had gathered from my mother's pantry. My own are not stocked right now. Would you mind returning them to her? He gathers his new supplies up and nods again. Before too long. I promise.

As Keven and Tilar left the gate, he remained silent. After some ten minutes of traveling, he finally spoke. Samual had a map on the table. The same as ours. He had strange markings on it, and I copied them onto my own. That's why I was late. I've also taken a knife and a whetstone. What supplies do you have? We should try to not take them for granted.

The man was clearly conflicted. His eyes fluttered about, thinking about what to do with his life savior's son. He was on a mission, no doubt. A mission of the Tower. I guess I could use some help in the physical area... He thought to himself.

"Ok! Come with me.

If you decide to follow him, he leads you to about half a mile out of your home village. There, you see a cottage built. You have NEVER seen that before. You don't know how it got there. It is as a small cottage, with a door and two windows. A chimney on the top of the roof is smoking, signifying that the fireplace is lit.

He opens the door and bids you in. "Come in, get warm for a minute."

The cottage has rude furnishings, some bunks are there, and a desk. On top of the desk are some scrolls. He turns to you and says: "I'm Trelen, by the way. You can call me that."

Then he shouts out in the middle of the room: "Morach, prepare a meal."

As if out of thin air, the pot on the floor next to the fire place is floating, and footsteps could be heard. The door opens and the pot follows out.

"Don't worry about Morach, he's obedient. Come, sit down." He bids you to sit at a stool near by.

"Now, let me ask you something. I remember Raul as being a brute type. He can wield a nasty greatclub. Did you pick up that skill from your dad?"
I have his clubhe says brightening up a bit.I am proud to use it Looking around for the thing carrying the pot, he gets a little nervous. Since Trelen seems at ease he tries to relax. He looks nervously at the stools and then gracefully, for someone his size, he sits down and asks Where did this house come from?Who Morach? Why you so nice to me? Realizing that he has asked to many questions of his new friend he pipes down and starts running his fingers over the carvings in his club.

Gorth looks at you, he seems to be examining your strength and wondered how you have survived all these days out in the desert. He finally speaks up. "Very well, I could use a companion. I'm on my way south, towards the hills. But first, we need to find enough food out here to make the trip. I've been out here long enough to know that it will take a while. But maybe we'll get luck. Know how to use a knife?"

Gorth immediately tossed you a knife from his boots. "Now, let see if we can find that critter I spotted not too far from here."

He gets up after filling the waterskins, and heads east. After a short walk, he knelt down on the desert sand and began to scan. He points to the tracks for you to see. "See this? I don't know what kind of critter this is. But it's big and it has four legs, so it is probably edible. So I think we need to get going before it tracks too far away. Come on..."

The desert is not kind to those who are not use to the climate, luckily for you, you grew up in this place. Gorth would leads you, tracking the tracks slowly. Up on ahead, you see a small oasis, and the tracks seem to lead there.

He turns around and directs you. "We need to set up an ambush. We'll flank it. You go in from the right, and I'll go in from the left. Wait for my signal, ok?"

He starts towards the left of the oasis...

His house was as sparse as could be. A simple chest for his things sat at the foot of the bed, a plain dresser to keep his traveling cloak and a change of clothes and his few possessions that he has kept with him all these years.
Gathering these up he set out to leave for Sayatelel.
You do gather up your clothing and some dry rations that will last you through getting to Sayatelel. The gold that you have saved up in the years amounts to 80 gold pieces.

The easiest way that you know how to get to Sayatelel would be by river boat. You know of the boatswain that operates a boat to that town. In fact, he was once your patient.

Shaking her head in bewilderment, she looks up at her mother, "I know I must follow his path now but who is the 'we?' he speaks of and the falls?"
Your mother saw the emotion that you displayed and was pleased. Her demeanor caring and loving. She had known that this day would come. It is near midday, and she did not want to keep you any longer.

"The We that he speaks of is Saya's Children." She said softly, suggesting that she also knows of the organization's rules. "Your father and I fell in love, and he was not banished per se, but he was punished severely. Part of his punishment was that he was not to be part of your life and mine." She sighed softly. "As for the falls, I believe he means the Nisaya Falls, at the border of Bren Hills and the mountain ranges. I believe you should go too."

Once Roido has arrived, everyone took their seat. It wasn't long until an announcement came.

"Tito Hectronar, leader of the Hectronar's Stronghold!!!" One of the guards announced.

Tito was not a young gnome, it is clear that he has gone through some tough biddings prior to his power. Scars are on his face signifying his experience. He is trailed by two gnomes. One in a dark blue cloak, and another in shining red plate mail. Tito himself is wearing a glamorous chainmail. He takes his seat at the head of the room, with the two next to him as his counsel.

"I have asked all of you to come in hope to discuss what we can do about what is happening at Nisaya Falls. Merrin, please inform all of them."

The gnome in dark blue cloak steps up and clues everyone in. "At the foot of the mountain, where the water falls to the hills, a disturbance is occurring. Travelers through those parts have heard strange cries from within the falls, and halflings and gnomes alike have disappeared for no reason."

Tito nods and continues. "One of my brothers was one of the victims. I want to know what happened to him! Merrin have informed me of this, but I wish not to bring my whole garrison there. This must be done in secrecy. We have enemies that would love for us to empty our garrison."

Tito turns to both Bredi and Roido, he asks: "What do you think?"

Bredi stood up and replied: "The Temple is willing to do anything to aid you, sir."

Tito seemed satisfied with that answer and turns to Roido for his response.

Bredi sits back down and whispers to Dalkin: "And you will aid me, will you not?"

Your mother embraced you as well to see you off after you have stocked up on your supplies.

The day is clear, but calm. It is indeed a good day for you to leave your home of all your life. The cloak that you received from your mother provided some protection from the harsh wind you hope. As you were leaving the town, you see two of your village folk carrying a body! You do not recognize the corpse, but the way the two were hastily going back to your village, it must be someone important...

Trelen reaches down underneath his cloak while smiling at you. It was a good thing that he asked. His hand once again appeared with a pipe in hand, and with a flick of a finger, he lit the pipe and began to smoke it. "It's Man'Saya power, Thrull, you can call it magic. This house will not be here forever, in fact, it will be gone after we sleep tonight. Morach is a servant of mine, you can't see him. But don't worry about that. It's a silly trick after all. We'll be safe here."

He stands up, goes over to the fire and reaches for one of the bags that was there. The bag was no more than a small sack big, but he reaches inside. To your utter surprise, he began to take out a big wooden thing! "Come on, help me here. This thing is huge."

If you help him, you can see that he is taking out a Great Club, much like the one that you've seen your father use. But this was different. This looks different. He gives it to you and says: "This is yours, Thrull. It is yours to keep. I was going to gift it to your father, I found it on one of my journeys. I know I can't use it. If you're going to travel with me, it's best if you have this."

He also gives you set of Scalemail. "Here. Try this on for size. You will need it for the place where we're heading off to."

Folding the yellowed scroll carefully, she placed in her in her tunic, hoping it would be enough to shelter it from the harsh elements. Zerin, her father was a member of Saya's Children? The same organization she had initially set out to find and join? How strange fate was, gifted by Saya, with twists and turns unimaginable. Wistful, she said, "I do wish you had the rest of your lives to spend together." Embracing her mother, she closed her eyes, and in a determined voice spoke, "And that is where I shall go. I'll try to trace my father's path from there." Extracting herself reluctantly from her mother, she step back and bowed, speaking a stronger tone, "Farewell, dear one. I do not know where my journey will take me but I shall one day return. I promise." Before she left, she needed supplies, armor, ammunition and rations.

Of course Tito, Just tell me what you need! Perhaps...a little expedition? Might give me some new material for the kids!

Roido lets out a small laugh, obviously not seriously concerned with whats going on

Well, Someone should go investigate it anyway, even if it is nonsense.

Delkin takes his seat next to Bredi after Roido's little speech, and waits, somewhat impatiently, for Tito to finally arrive. At last he does, togethes with two other gnomes Dalkin barely knows. The news they relay is...intriguing, to say the least. "Wasn't Nisaya Falls a quiet place once? Something against Saya's will is clearly happening there!"
When Bredi speaks up, Dalkin is relieved. "Of course I will!" he whispers back to his mentor, "whatever's happening, Saya's help will be needed."
The young gnome then listens, slightly bemused, to Roido. For all the respect he holds for the old gnome, he can't easily see him going on an expedition at his age.

Before heading towards the destinations on the map, Norian goes to some of the local merchants/crafters in the village. He uses the gold that Anson gave him to get some basics like, a weeks worth of rations, a backpack, three torches and a new short bow with about 20 arrows.

After buying all his supplies, Norian then leaves the village heading towards this "Point of Intrigue".

After you stocked yourself of supplies, you started to go east towards your home from a long ago. Though the weather is rough, your natural awareness and adaptation to the Tundra keeps you going. About two miles out of the town, you came across a set of tracks, strange that it is here. It is not going towards civilization, rather, it is going away from it...
Ural takes a knee to closer examine the tracks, the size, penitration, and amount of snow inside meant they were rather recent. He looked ahead as far as he could see to see where they were heading, and briefly behind him to see where they were coming.

Perhaps they are lost and in need of help, this could be my first test Ural thought to himself. It didn't take him long to decide that he was going to follow the tracks to solve the mystery and possably do some good. The wind started to pick up, and the wind chill was horrendous but Ural continued on even more determined than before. Thankfully though the wind managed to die down, but short spurratic winds usually meant a blizzard was soon to come, this wasn't always the case though but to be safe Ural studied the wind patterns and sky for a few seconds to be able to tell. Irregardless he still needed to hurry to find who ever or what ever was possibly lost in the wasteland.

Bree listened to the question and paused a little before speaking up. In her mind, this was something terribly new for her. Her naive nature outside of the camp clearly shows through. The shyness on her face is not hidden. She chuckles and says, "You want the long version or the short version?"

She didn't wait for him to answer, instead, setting her weapon on the side, she thought it wouldn't hurt to tell him the whole story since they will be here for a while. "Well, the short answer is that I wanted to get out. I didn't want to stay there, I wanted to explore. The long answer is... well... I had a dream. I believe I had a vision from Saya herself."

"My dream placed me in the hills, the land of your people. I have never been to Bren Hills, but the vision is so clear. There, I saw suffering. I saw people getting sick, and need healing. I was led there somehow, and through the power of Saya, I was able to heal them. I know it sounds silly, but you know, it is real to me."

Bree really believes it. She really does believe that she's on a mission from Saya. But little does she know that her powers were not quite enough yet...

The easiest way that you know how to get to Sayatelel would be by river boat. You know of the boatswain that operates a boat to that town. In fact, he was once your patient.
As Aryatel closes his door he knows that he will never see this place again and while it does not make him sad he does feel a slight tinge of longing for a place similar to this one where he could maybe finally find peace. Now, however was not the time for such thoughts. He turned his back on everything in Fel'Sayahel and approached the boatswain unrolling the last bit of the scroll that specified where he needed to go and pointing to the word Sayatelel.

Ibis stops by the small storehouse where the communal equipment was kept. She gathered up a few things, mainlythose she had used before when hunting with others and knew how to use, and left behind some of the gold to make up for it. But the only thing to keep her from leaving now is the return of a dead body. The redhead bit her lower lip, if she left now, it would make her look like theguilty party, esepcially with how people had been whispering about her. So she turned to follow, jogging to catch up with them, hoping they would jsu tthink she had the gear with her to go out hunting. "What's happened?"
