[Game Thread] U-14: Council Proposal Scope

There currently does not exist any limitation for proposing rules that apply to other Councils. Admittedly, I missed this rule in the initial setup. So, now I am proposing that this be done.

The proposal is as follows:

Proposal ID: U-14 Name: Council Proposal Scope Affects: Universal Rules Council-level proposals shall only be allowed to affect the Council(s) that the proposing Volunteer is a Member of.

I vote yes because the councils are separate, and thus so should their own rules. I make my vote public on principle.

I agree and vote yes. I would hate to think of the other council making my life more difficult than it has to be.

Woops. Fixed. It is supposed to be U-14.

I vote yes, publically. There is as yet no way to prevent the councils from unanimously burdening each other with rules and regulations instead of focusing on the quandaries at hand.

This proposal is closed. It is to be adopted. Everyone but Moridain voted yes. Moridain did not vote and is considered to have abstained. I gain between 10 and 20 points, not that that means much.
