December Post of the Month
Jan 11, 2021 - 7:45 PM - by Admin Dirk
The judges are happy to announce the winner of the December Post of the Month. It took a couple days to get over our New Year's eve hang-overs, but we did, and then we got down to deciding. As always, it was tough, but finally, a decision was made.

The winner of the December Post of the Month is: Pseudonymous

I agree with the nomination made by Insacrum: "To me, it's a rare writer who can get you to want to sob and laugh all in the same post." Plus, it's not often that a Kobold wins anything, so... go take a look, leave some RPXP love to Pseudonymous, and to the other great posters who were nominated.

And don't forget, January POTM is running, and we need your nominations!
Charity Drive Prizes are on the way!
Jan 08, 2021 - 5:29 PM - by Birched
I have finished collating and sending out information about prize winners to donors, so you should see some emails about prizes from third parties in the coming days. Have fun with all the great content, and please do go back and review the ones you use to help support our prize donors.

I've also sent out the prizes for the top 5 donors. Some of them were made without a public name, so I won't name names, except to say that the minimum donation to receive one of these prizes was $50 (the #5 spot went to the first donor to donate $50.) A few people passed the prize along to the next person in line; thank you for your generosity!

Thank you again to everyone who participated in RPG Crossing's 2020 Membership and Charity Drive, and thank you to all our prize donors. Our community made a great contribution to improving the lives of those affected by mental illness.

After this episode, the podcast will take a bit of a break, with a planned resumption in February.

Happy New Year 2021
Jan 01, 2021 - 8:12 AM - by Birched
So, last year on January 1, I started out by acknowledging that 2019 was a challenging year for many of us. Well, as we all know, 2020 piled on. I hope that you've all found some connection and enjoyment at here amidst the chaos everywhere else. I definitely have, and I am looking forward to more of it in 2021.

Here's some fun to start the year with from site member Security Snail:

Charity Drive final update

As most of you know, we've just wrapped up our ninth annual membership and charity drive. This year, we raised $3,365 for mental health research, another record! That brings our grand total to over $12,500 raised to support research to improve the lives of those affected by mental illness. I am proud to have teamed up with all of you to make this contribution. I'd like to give special thanks to Rukellian for matching all donations until December 20 and all those who contributed prizes for participants: you played a big part in the success of the drive.

For those who participated in the drive: I hope that everyone enjoys their bonus month of CS and all the swag. Please, please make an effort to write an online review of any accessory you use to give a helping hand to the generous prize donors. I aim to finish my part in handling all the prizes after the...
