The focus is primarily on those who will stick around, and less about RP prowess. We are looking for a list of consistent and loyal posters, and not just players you like because they write well, (though that's good too). It looks like I'll be the one updating this list for now, so I'd like to make a small request regarding how you format your submissions. Because this is a table and not a list, it requires specific formatting. Below is an example of how I'd like it formatted. Also, putting the formatted sumbissions in a fieldset box or at least make them bold so I can better spot them and make sure they get added. This is all to make less work for me.  Also, feel free to second someone who is already on the list, especially if they have not already been vouched for a second time. It helps give them more creditability as a good player/gm. Formatting Example: Quote:
1.) Do not arbitrarily throw up names of people. Make sure they've stuck around for a while. 2.) Someone does not have to post regularly to be dedicated - feel free to add people who may not always be able to post regularly, but who at least let the GM know what is going on. 3.) Mention the game that the person plays in or runs. 4.) Do not berate or flame anyone. Hm, this looks very handy. I'll have to wait til the games I'm DMing have gotten a little older, though.

|
Zhefonyll and Sedracus were consistent posters (and excellent RP'ers) when they participated in my Werewolf Game. Only lasted a few months, but they were by far the most active players of the bunch.

CE2JRH.
KithKunabi. Saros. All three as fellow players in games from ages past, CE2JRH and Saros as players I've DMed, CE2 as a DM (not applicable, I know). The most reliable players on the site that I can name off the top of my head.

Sedracus and Zhefonyll were the Werewolf Game; Saros was not.
 Also. Sedracus is by far the most consistent player in Labyrinth of Madness, DM'd by savoylen.

Nephtis - Only character still going from start (March 2006) in The Three Evils other than me, and while I have occasionally drifted away for short periods of time, she has been consistantly reliable in posting

Great idea, Surreality, and thanks for putting my name up!
I have to say, as someone who's played with Hydra-X and who DMs for him, he is as dedicated a player as he is a DM. (heck, I met him in the second swing of a game the DM had run away from once!) I see no reason why dedicated DMs shouldn't have a mention too, because if it's frustrating to the DM to have players vanish, it's also frustrating for the players to have the DM vanish. (Been in at least four such games, one of which ended before it even started. Ironically, those short-lived games are where I met most of my DnDOG friends that I still keep in contact with.) Also, to those reading this thread, SurrealityNow is the only other original player in the The Last Romance, besides myself, who's still on board. |

Magrok: I was running a pretty lame game called The Crystal Maze. I had a dozen players and they all dropped over time (including Magrok's partner). In the end, he played it out, and did a damned fine job of it.
LordJecks and Anouris for Aerondor's "Stronger then Destiny". The game has been going on for over 2 years, and those two have been absolutely consistent in brilliant roleplay and fascinating characterization.

I started my campaign around 9 months ago and I had the luck of taking four great players who post consistently and are very grateful players for anyone to DM.
1. Alisard 2. Gemseer 3. Adolfo 4. Jayrob They are all playing in Secrets of Nalvaron

Perhaps we should have a separate list for dedicated DMs. It allows quicker checking for players and DMs alike not to have them all combined.
